Unlike many of the reviews I had read, my experience at this place was simply fantastic. The staff were extremely professional and genuinely dedicated to providing the best experience possible. The food and drinks were excellent, and the facilities were outstanding. Everything felt brand new, modern, and impeccably clean. Coming from Switzerland, and after spending time in central Hanoi, it was an extremely pleasant surprise to find a place that felt so different. The contrast with the city centre was remarkable, making it a relaxing and enjoyable retreat.

Relaxing experience in the middle of bustling Hanoi
Visited here while traveling in Vietnam. Went on weekday afternoon when the place was mostly empty. Facilities are clean and staff are very helpful. They have a variety of sauna's and a cold room in the shared area. The men's side has two hot pools, a cold pool along with steam room and sauna. It was a nice relaxing couple of hours spent. They also give a discount to first time users.

Fabulous luxury onsen in Hanoi!
Two weeks hard travel in Vietnam prompted me in Hanoi to search for an onsen: Travel in Japan had proven what a great lift they provide. The Amare website is excellent and I registered on it and was welcomed by reception staff with a 50% discount after an easy Grab ride. The facility is sparkling clean and feels very new and the staff were patient and attentive. Good choice of pools with clear temperature signs, all beautifully finished and flawless. The onsen has all the trimmings and is excellent value……sauna and steam room are both of the highest quality. The final luxury was being guided to the car stop by Duy Anh who waited and conversed with me in good English till the vehicle came. An excellent five star facility!

A MUST DO!!! Authetic Korean and Japanese Spa I loved it.
I absolutely loved this place. We spent 10 hours here, relaxing being mindful and enjoying delicious nutritious food. The Spa is set up in 2 ways the Korean Jjimjilbang with amazing hot rooms Quartz, Colour, Oxygen, Infrared ect. All rooms have different benefits. Absolutely awesome. And the other part is the Japanese Onsen, with mineral hot and cold baths Sauna and Steam room. The amenities are clean and well stocked with products. The towles and outfits are also clean. I wish I had gone back just before I left. I will definitely visit this place again when in Hanoi.

Great Value Spa for Afternoon in Hanoi
We came here for the first time while traveling in Hanoi and paid about 15 USD for a full day of relaxing sauna and spa. We couldn’t believe how many facilities they had including a full bath regime (Japanese Onsen) of minerals, cold plunges, sauna and steam bathes. Then we went to the sauna area where they had so many different types of saunas to cycle through. They even had inferred light therapy. There are options for massages for an additional fee but we did not have time. It was my friend’s birthday and he got free admission and as a first time customers we got half off. The customer service was great and all the spa attendees showed us what to do. The people at the front desk were also so kind, especially Nguyen, who answered all of our questions and made our experience extra memorable :) . The spa was cheaper than most of the hotels offering spas and offered the same high quality experience!
