    About this experience

This is a small resume of the day exploring the wonderful Amalfi Coast… Usually, the excursion lasts about 7/8 hours including established steps. Naturally, in the case of special request from you I remain at your entire disposal. During the travel, I will let you plenty of time to take pictures of various magical places. The first village to not miss is “Positano” characteristic for its various narrow streets filled with shops and for the appearance of a nativity scene on the sea. After an hour’s walk, you will reach me, and let’s go to the direction of Amalfi ! There is one stop on the way where you can admire the very famous (from all over the world) factory of ceramics. Once in the car, we get to Amalfi …where in addition to admire the cathedral in the main square you can also have a “relaxing” moment with a tasty homemade ice cream When you are ready to leave again we reach Ravello’s village situated in the mountains with views which will let you without breath.

The Verdict: Eduardo goes above and beyond in every way possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – The Best Way to Experience the Amalfi Coast! If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi Coast, do yourself a huge favor and book with Eduardoexcursions.com. Eduardo made our trip absolutely unforgettable from start to finish! ⏱️ Punctual & Professional Right from the beginning, Eduardo was incredibly professional. He was waiting for us for our transfer from Naples to Positano, perfectly on time, taking all the stress out of our arrival. 🚗 Masterful Driving Skills If you’ve ever seen the roads along the Amalfi Coast, you know they can be incredibly narrow, winding, and intimidating. Eduardo is an absolute master behind the wheel. His driving skills are spectacular—we felt completely safe, relaxed, and comfortable the entire time, both during our initial transfer and while touring from Positano along the coast. He navigates those cliffside curves with total ease. ☀️ Warm, Friendly, and Local Expertise Beyond his skills as a driver, Eduardo is just a wonderful, genuinely friendly person. He has a warm personality that immediately makes you feel like family rather than just clients. During our coastal tour, he recommended a beautiful and absolutely wonderful lunch spot that gave us an authentic taste of the region away from the heavy tourist crowds. The food was incredible, the views were breathtaking, and it wound up being one of the absolute highlights of our entire vacation.

    Eduardo was fabulous! Highly recommend!

We loved our excursion with Eduardo! He really made the day out “on our own” amazing. He’s prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. He picked us up right at the port and took us opposite the normal loop the ship excursions take. He did a great job of telling us what to look for at each stop but then left us alone to explore on our own. He’s a great driver in what I’d call a combat zone of busses, motorcycles and cars! He’ll take you to spots u will Never find on your own and the lunch stop was a highlight! Thank you Eduardo for a fabulous excursion

Simply the BEST! Eduardo took very good care of my and my family.

We are a family of 6 and his van was more than spacious for us to all fit in. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the region. He is from here and so he loves to talk about the area. We also did the Pompeii trip and he set us up with a great tour guide. He loves to joke and get comfortable with his clients. This is a true passion of his and you can see it in how he treats you.

AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sorrento.

How much does AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello cost?

    +

Prices start at $600 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sorrento usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sorrento is not rushed.

Is AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sorrento, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sorrento can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sorrento and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does AMALFI COAST through Positano, Amalfi and Ravello start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sorrento within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Sorrento?

    +

On Outty we rank every Sorrento experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pizza School with Wine and Limoncello Tasting in a Local Farm, Private Amalfi Coast Day Tour from Sorrento or Naples, Sorrento Farm and Food Experience including Olive Oil, Limoncello, Wine tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sorrento?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sorrento?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
