Not what we signed up to.
When you sign up for a tour using an agency, that describes an English speaking tour guide that will entertain, and inform you, of the places you are going, and points of interest along the way. That's what you expect. After all that's what their advertising, and what you have paid for. They also advertise 1hr stop overs at each destination, with wording, and description of a wonderful time. No to all of the above. Not an English speaking guided tour, and completely rush, harassed at each stop to get going again. To the point we opted to ferry back to Naples, due to the lack of experience we signed up for. Highly NOT recommended.
Response from the operator: se per lei questo tour e stato frettoloso come dice lei che poi e durato 8 ore e quando si hanno esigenze specifiche non si sceglie un tour condiviso con altre persone ma un tour individuale con una guida parlante inglese perfetto cosi non dovrà confrontarsi con nessuno grazie mille

Beautiful trip to Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento.
Discoveries of real wedding favors set in the rocks. Especially Positano! Great Antonio, experienced driver (driving around here really requires great attention), nice, affable! 🔝🔝🔝🔝

Very good driver, friendly, nice and fun
Good driver. Accessible to demands (photos, get off before arrival point) Accessible language, does not speak excessively fast and that facilitates understanding. Strives to transmit information

Getting to know the Amalfi Coast with Antonio.
Today we took a tour of the Amalfi Coast. Our guide Antonio was very punctual and took us to the sights. It was a rather disparate group as we were a couple from India, a Japanese and us from Argentina. He knew how to articulate the group very well, was very cordial and fulfilled the times as agreed. I would definitely recommend it and would hire you back for future excursions. Thank you 🙂
Response from the operator: Grazie mille per la splendida giornata

A Perfect Day Exploring Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano with the Best Driver Ever – Antonio!
We were eager to visit Amalfi and Ravello, but driving a rental car along the narrow, winding coastal roads felt far too challenging. That’s why we decided to join this tour. We debated between a large group bus tour and a smaller group option, and choosing this one turned out to be the perfect decision. Antonio’s driving skills were absolutely top-notch—just having him drive instead of navigating on our own would have made the experience worthwhile. But he offered so much more than that. He communicated with guests from all over the world using several languages, and even used a translation device at times to ensure everyone felt welcomed and included—all while expertly handling the tight, rugged roads of southern Italy. Along the way, he pointed out scenic highlights, helped us take great photos at picturesque spots, and even took us to a local juice stand for freshly squeezed juice. His thoughtful touches made the tour feel personal and memorable. Thanks to Antonio, we had a fun, safe, and truly unforgettable day. We hope he continues to bring joy and comfort to travelers from around the world for many years to come! The Mercedes van was also very comfortable and cool with excellent air conditioning—a perfect ride throughout the day.

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Amalfi Coast Ravello Amalfi Positano start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
