*********** Beware of this tour operator *************** I recently booked this tour and had the worst experience with the tour operator(s) and owner. First, I was contacted outside of the TripAdvisor platform 24 hours after I booked this tour via a private message from an unknown number in WhatsApp stating that his name was Gianpiero and that it was in reference to the boat tour on September 26th asking me if I wanted, I could book directly with him! On a “Private Tour” and asking me how much did I pay to book this tour? Honestly this should’ve been my first indication that something fishy is up with this company because he is trying to do deals outside of the TripAdvisor platform, but I didn’t reply to the message and kept my original reservation. I should’ve listened to my wife and contacted TripAdvisor immediately and cancelled the tour. Second, I was arriving to Italy via a Cruise ship, so I waited for the location to be sent to me with the meeting point. The day before the tour I received another WhatsApp message saying that the exact meeting point will be sent to me at 10am. When I finally received the exact location, I noticed that it was over 1 hour and 50 minutes away by Taxi, which had additional cost of over 300 euros each way. I relayed this information to the tour operator, and we tried to discuss a way for me to still try to make the tour. The operator suggested I take a water taxi (ferry) to the meeting point for an additional 40 euros. I then told them that this option was not possible because the time slots of the water taxi, I would not arrive on time to do the 6-hour tour and the returning time after the boat tour were too close to my boarding time for the ship to depart and that I didn’t want to take a chance and my cruise ship leave us stranded in Italy. I told them that I wasn’t comfortable proceeding with the tour. But tour owner kept insisting I don’t contact TripAdvisor for a refund as he wanted me to pay the captain a fee of 400 euros directly and then when I finished the tour, he will issue me a refund for the amount I paid Tripadvisor. I then contacted TripAdvisor and advised them that I don’t feel safe or comfortable proceeding with the tour operator and that I will request a refund. Till this day the tour operator refuses to issue me a refund after 3 requests, and I also reported the owner of the tour company for trying to hustle me on the side after I booked with the TripAdvisor app. All proofs were submitted to TripAdvisor of my conversations and screen pictures of the unsolicited offerings. Proceed at your own risk with this Tour Company when booking!!!!!

Hai prenotato il nostro tour e solo quando sei stato contattato per il punto d’incontro ti sei reso conto che non era a Salerno ma ad Amalfi , raggiungibile in 20 minuti in traghetto, questo per la tua scarsa attenzione nel leggere le informazioni durante la prenotazione! Ti è stato proposto di prenotare un tour privato sempre tramite piattaforma indicandoti il costo della differenza per il tour privato dato che non saresti riuscito ad arrivare in tempo per quello di gruppo, e il gruppo non avrebbe potuto aspettare te per il tuo arrivo! Tutto ciò per una tua mancanza di attenzione ! Il tour non è rimborsabile con meno di 24h di anticipo come indicato dal sito , salvo eccezioni di pessime condizioni meteo! Saluti.

Reservation canceled less than 24 hours
I booked this tour a few weeks before arriving in Amalfi to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our honeymoon. The tour guide messaged me at 5pm the day before to reschedule for the following day. When I told him I couldn’t reschedule, he cancelled our trip. We believe this was done due to low booking for the day and it left us with no reservation or plans to celebrate these two special occasions. Be aware of booking, your reservation may be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We’re very disappointed and won’t be booking again or recommending them.
Response from the operator: Ciao , come ti ho spiegato tramite messaggi , abbiamo avuto un guasto con la barca ti abbiamo proposto di farlo il giorno dopo dato che non c’era possibilità purtroppo di farlo quel giorno, ma tu non hai voluto cambiare , avendo a disposizione anche altri giorni . Mi dispiace se non hai compreso il problema, ti abbiamo comunque fatto un rimborso totale e ci dispiace che hai lasciato questa recensione negativa per un contrattempo che può succedere!

Definitly recommend !
We would really recommend this tour, we had two guides and they were lovely and took us round lots of lovely spots could stop for a swim if we wanted. It ended up only being the two of us so we essentially got a private tour. We had the option to stop on positiono or go to a restaurant only accessible by boat, we picked the restaurant and it was really nice food. Overall a really good activity would really recommend.

Great time and worth the money
Luca and Andres were fantastic! Very friendly and did a wonderful job making sure everyone had a great time. We stopped for lunch at a private restaurant and it was very good. Everyone had a great time and they provided beer, water and prosecco. 5 stars !

The perfect boat trip! From the moment we booked communication was great, the day itself was very well planned. The group chose to swim and have lunch and this was definitely a great option.
