Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs
Booked this tour for Friday and it got moved to today due to a cremation ceremony in Nusa Penida. Driver 15min late to pick up this morning which is no big deal however when we got to Nusa Penida there were 5 of us waiting for an hour for our tour guide. I had to contact the company multiple times to find out what was happening with no real explanation. We since have received a non-English speaking guide (the booking includes an English speaking ‘guide’ not a non-English speaking driver). His vehicle doesn’t have enough seats for us alll and we are 3 people sitting across 2 seats with no seat belts. Air con not working and the vehicle smells so bad that we have to open the windows. We got to the first stop and I would have thought despite not speaking English this guide would have some common sense. He lost us all and it had taken around 90min for him to locate us all. We were not explained how much time we had or where to meet. I’ve tried phoning the tour operator multiple times as none of us are happy and it feels completely unsafe. I’ve been told I’ll get a full refund but the tour operator is completely ignoring the fact we are all in a foreign country with no understanding of the language with a guide who completely disappeared on us who has no time management or skills to manage a small group of 5 people. I’ve repeatedly asked the tour operator to send us a new driver so we can at least have one pleasant experience on Nusa Penida but they refuse to respond to messages or answer the phone. It’s only 1.25pm and this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had on any tour EVER. Avoid this tour at all costs. I honestly think Vivator should consider removing this company from advertising on their website as this is not a tour, they are not experienced guides or professionals and they have not only had us in a vehicle that is unsafe but ruined any pleasant experience on Nusa Penida we could have had.

Amazing views of the different beaches. Wow!!! Lots of driving however the views during the trip were great. You are driving through the jungle to get to some of these spectacular beaches.

Instagram Tour - Lots of time driving
The scenery and beaches were beautiful in Nusa Penida. My driver did a good job at ensuring we got to the destination. However, I do think there is some room for improvement with this particular tour. We did spend a lot of time in the car about an hour and 45 minutes to get to the first beach. The next beach we went to was over an hour drive. And this quickly became the theme for the tour. The roads were very narrow and winding. At first, it was in neat experience, but after that much time in the car, it became too much. Our tour group wanted to spend more time at the beaches and thought we would actually be able to enjoy the area, but there were so many people, and it was not possible, not enough time to hike all the way down to the actual beach area. We did not have time for the treehouse which was listed on this tour. The restaurant that was offered for lunch was not very clean I expected more from this organized tour in the price I paid with all that being said if you are interested in amazing scenery, and more of an Instagram type tour, then this is probably something for you. Again, you will just spend a lot of time in the car I provided my feedback to Viator and they provided me a refund which I think is great. All of the other tours I had with Viator were amazing and typically the tours provided with Viator are very well done. Again, I think this one is just something that they need to look at a little closer to improve.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jimbaran.
How much does All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jimbaran usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jimbaran is not rushed.
Is All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jimbaran, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jimbaran can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jimbaran and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does All Inclusive : One Day Nusa Penida Island West Part start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jimbaran within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jimbaran?
+
On Outty we rank every Jimbaran experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover The Best of Ubud: All-Inclusive and Private Guided Tour, Ubud: Monkey Forest, Jungle Swing, Rice Terrace and Water Temple, Best of Ubud Private and All-Inclusive 1-Day Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jimbaran?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jimbaran?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
