    The boat was very nice...

The boat was very nice and the crew was great! We did not go in the blue grotto though and the swimming spot wasn’t amazing. Much better than the public ferry and not too expensive.

    Great tour!

Fantastic day! The boat ride and spots we visited were amazing. We had prosecco and great snacks. We were a group of 4. There were 12 people in total in the tour. There was plenty of room and boat was in great shape. The staff were very nice and friendly. Plenty of time on Capri. We recommend!

    Canceled and no response

Boat was canceled on us last minute. We didn’t have enough time rebook another trip. The trip organizer requested to move to the next day for rough seas. The next day I called and no response.

Response from the operator: Ciao Greg, we are honestly quite surprised by this review. The cancellation notice was sent the day before the tour through the official booking communication channels, and a full refund was promptly processed. Unfortunately, if a customer does not check their email or booking notifications, there is very little more we can realistically do from our side. Additionally, the cancellation was due exclusively to rough sea conditions and made for safety reasons, not by choice or convenience. In fact, sea conditions were so severe that even regular ferry services experienced major disruptions and cancellations. Therefore, the statement about not having enough time to “rebook another trip” is rather difficult to understand, as virtually no operator could safely run tours under those conditions. We also find it difficult to understand why this situation resulted in a one-star review toward our company, especially considering that: - the tour never operated, - the cancellation was communicated in advance, - and a full refund was issued immediately. If anything, perhaps the frustration should be directed toward the platform’s notification system rather than toward a company that acted responsibly and transparently under adverse weather conditions. In any case, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the weather and wish you the best for the remainder of your trip.

    Capri

You will enjoy the experience, so much to see and learn about the island. Touring the island is a must. Eat at Capri Rooftop, a coffee in the square and a gelato at the port before leaving.

    Best tour ever

Our boat tour to Capri was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. The captain and co-captain were incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable the entire time and pointing out the most beautiful sights along the way. Their knowledge of the area, warm hospitality, and genuine passion for what they do made the experience so special. The boat was comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and we truly felt like VIP guests. If you’re visiting Capri, this is a must-do experience — I can’t recommend this tour enough!

All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Positano.

How much does All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano cost?

    +

Prices start at $231 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Positano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Positano is not rushed.

Is All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 155 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Positano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano?

    +

Around 54 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Positano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Positano and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does All-Inclusive Capri Boat Tour with City Visit from Positano start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Positano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Positano?

    +

On Outty we rank every Positano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cooking class with Pasta, mozzarella and Tiramisu with wine, Capri and Blue Grotto Semi Private Boat Day Trip from Sorrento, From Sorrento: Positano & Amalfi Coast Boat Tour with Pick Up. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Positano?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Positano?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
