A necessity to experiencing pre giza period.

Mohammed was fun, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, attentive. To me this was very important to understanding and experiencing early Egyptian history. Crouching a traveling deep into the tomb of Unas in the pyramid at Saqarra, was priceless. It's the oldest pyramid burial chamber decorated with texts, embedded with alibaster.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Mohammed made your experience both enjoyable and meaningful with his knowledge, attentiveness, and engaging approach. It’s great to know that visiting Saqqara and exploring the tomb of Unas was such a memorable highlight of your journey — a truly unique and historic experience. We truly appreciate your kind words and are happy that the tour helped you better understand early Egyptian history. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Not recommended

We were picked up 40 minutes later than we had arranged. Car was OK and driver was OK. Rushed through several places, many of which weren't listed on the tour. It felt like they were just taking us to places where they wanted us to buy things so they got commission. Lunch was eaten in the car on the side of the road. Not what we thought we would get on this tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your experience. We regret the delayed pickup and understand how this can affect the start of your day. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We are also sorry to hear that the tour felt rushed and did not match your expectations. Our goal is always to offer a relaxed and enjoyable experience, with enough time at each site. We take your comments about unplanned stops and shopping very seriously, as we do not support any form of pressure or commission-based visits. Regarding lunch, this is certainly not the experience we intend for our guests, and we apologize that it did not meet expectations. Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can review your case and offer an appropriate resolution. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve our service.

Such a Scam

This place is an absolute scam! Do not book here! We paid for a tour and they showed up. I tried multiple times to reach them via email and WhatsApp’s with no response. I tried reach out to visitor and they also said they were unable to reach and still trying to get a refund 4 days later.

Response from the operator: We are very sorry to read your review and truly regret your experience. We want to clarify that we take such concerns very seriously, and what you described does not reflect our standards or the level of service we aim to provide. It appears there may have been a communication issue, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of response you experienced. This is not acceptable, and we are currently reviewing this matter internally. Please contact us directly with your booking reference so we can urgently investigate your case and arrange a full resolution, including a refund if applicable. We are committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.

One hundred percent recommend!

This was booked so last minute and I’m so so glad I was able to squeeze in! Sherif was so knowledgeable, fun and professional. He taught me so much about the pyramids and artifacts. The driver Mohamed was really sweet too, they were a good team. Memphis is like the Rome of Egypt, you do not wanna miss it! I was so extremely happy with the whole entire tour. I was able to get papyrus paper after so that was a plus. Highly recommend this tour!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌟 We’re truly happy you were able to join us, even on such short notice—it means a lot to hear that it turned into one of the highlights of your trip. Sherif will be very pleased to know you enjoyed his explanations and storytelling, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words to Mohamed as well. They’ll both be proud to know they made your experience special. We’re also glad you loved Memphis—it’s indeed a hidden gem with incredible history—and that you enjoyed the papyrus experience too! It was a real pleasure having you with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime in Egypt 🇪🇬

All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo cost?

+

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo?

+

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does All incluive Private Guided Tour to Saqqara Memphis from Cairo start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
