    Ho-hum

The lakes are beautiful but in my opinion it was too much time going place to place and not enough time to do anything. I would have preferred to have hiking or canoeing time instead of photo time It was a hohum experience in cramped van. Thanks to the driver for stopping to let me off at my hotel as we passed by so I didn't have a 20 min walk at the end.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent tour. We truly appreciate your honest insights. We are glad to hear that you found the lakes beautiful and that our driver's thoughtful gesture of dropping you off at the hotel was helpful. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your preference for more active exploration, such as hiking or canoeing, over extended photo stops, and we regret that the itinerary felt rushed and the time spent in transit was excessive. Your feedback is invaluable as we continually review and refine our tours. We are actively sharing comments like yours with our product development team to better balance travel time with meaningful, engaging activities at each destination. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more immersive and well-paced experience in the future.

    Wonderful autumn lake colours

This was a lovely day trip to Couchiching, Algonquin and Muskoka areas. We had a great day and enjoyed the autumnal colours and sunny weather. Cindy Chen was welcoming, helpful and friendly - she kept us up to date via text when the traffic delayed the tour start, and then drove us safely to and from the destinations providing interesting commentary. It was a long day but Cindy Chen made it very enjoyable. Thank you!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your feedback! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the service we've provided! We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
