Awful booking experience, wish we could have seen the tour!
It looked like it would be a fantastic tour, the guide onsite, Hector was so incredibly helpful and kind, however the office we had to purchase tickets through was abysmal. Absolutely no help in figuring out why our reserved tickets weren’t to be accepted, we received a single email saying to send our information the night before the tour, and then when we sent it they said it was sent to late and refused to refund us. The woman we spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in helping us resolve our issue, and was adamantly insisting that the issue was on our end when it was a clear lack of communication from the company. Cannot recommend booking through here, although the guide and site itself seemed very pleasant.
Response from the operator: Dear G4827NLcalebr, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated Hector's assistance and kindness during the tour. We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced with the ticketing process. Best regards from the entire quality team at Amigo Tours. Chelsea

Rosa from Amigos Tours is an amazing Seville local guide!
We signed up for the 4hr Seville Cathedral and Alcazar tour this week with 2 other couples and Rosa, our bright, friendly, knowledgable and fun local guide with a great sense od humour. She knew the in-depth history of both places and shared funny, inspirational stories that helped us understand the history and politics of the time these were built. She was engaging, patient, positive and unrushed ... she told us at the beginning that tours are not for rushing and we were free to take pauses for photos and questions, and she gave us appropriate break times. We came away feeling like we wanted to return to Sevilla soon, even despite our negative experiences the night before in a hotel that didn't live up to its billing. Rosa was the best local guide we've had after many years of travelling, she made the experience happy and fun. We'll definitely come back to Seville for a second visit in the future, largely due to Rosa's enthusiasm and sharing of a history that we'd like to know better.
Response from the operator: Dear Amigo Wub Thank you very much for your great words. We love that you liked our tour from Sevilla with Rosa and we hope to welcome you again soon. Thank you Best regards

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $41 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Alcazar & Cathedral of Seville Private Guided Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
