Fantastic Private Alcazar Tour!
We thoroughly enjoyed our private Alcazar tour with Rosa. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication skills. It was definitely worthwhile to book a private tour - we were able to ask lots of questions and spend more time in the areas that interested us most. Highly recommended!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your private Alcázar tour with Rosa. Her friendliness, knowledge, and communication skills truly help make each visit special. A private tour of the Royal Alcázar of Seville is indeed a wonderful way to explore at your own pace, ask questions, and focus on the areas that interest you most. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you again in Seville.

Read carefully
Tour is offered online but tickets are not included and if they are sold out ( a week in advance) the tourmoney is wasted. Read carefully, you would expect entrance to be included for this price but it is not.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you correctly mention in your review, entrance tickets are not included in this specific tour. This information is clearly communicated before purchase, during the booking process, and in the tour description, and we also send a reminder after the reservation is confirmed to ensure there is no confusion. We understand how disappointing it can be to find tickets sold out, and for that reason we refunded the full amount of your booking. Given that the information was transparent and that no financial loss was incurred, we do not feel that a one-star review accurately reflects the service provided. We truly appreciate your comment and hope this clarification is helpful for future travelers. We wish you the very best.

Guided tour in Alcazar
The waiting line for the Alcazar in Seville was probably as long as 3 to 4 hours. A guy was selling tickets for a guided tour for €36, that was starting half an hour later, and since we only had one day, we decided to go for it. The tour was delayed somewhat half an hour, which wasn't a problem for us, since we wanted to go to a nearby roof terrace for a drink anyway. With the guided tour, we could skip the queue and got inside in about 15 minutes. Our guide, Jorge, is from Seville and his ancestors go back a long time in Seville's history. He told us a lot of interesting details about the Alcazar, and I'm sure we would have missed a lot of the Alcazar if we would have visited it without a guide. I would recommend the Alcazar when visiting Seville, and definitely recommend to take the guided tour as well!
Response from the operator: Hi dear, thanks for your kind review. Please don't hesitate to contact us in case you need further guided tours in Seville. Best regards,

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets) cost?
+
Prices start at $123 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets) take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets)?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Alcázar tour and roof tour (no tickets) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
