Worst hammam experience
We were supposed to be picked up at 10:00, but we were delayed until 11:30. The place was very down. Lots of people, no privacy. No relaxing feeling, the staff sat on phones, talked and chatted loudly in Asian over our heads while we were scrubbed. Even though we paid for the entire stay, we didn't even get soap when we were scrubbed, it cost extra! Both the sauna and the pool smelled strongly of mold so it was barely possible to breathe in there. The only thing that weighed up was the massage at the end. On the other hand, I experienced the special treatment I received towards the other guests when I chose not to buy for all the extras they offered. I was not even offered water and my entire treatment took 45 minutes instead of 2 hours as directed. Strongly discourage!

Absolutely Amazing & Outstanding Value For Money
There were 12 of us in total including a child as young as 2. Everything was absolutely amazing including Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi. Staff were so friendly and value for money out of this world. Special shout out to Masseuse Anjali! She was simply amazing at multi-tasking, looking out for my 2 year old and giving me a Hamam at the same time! Will definitely be going again!
