Extremely Disappointed
Not great. $167 for a transfer from airport to hotel is a rip off. I paid for round trip tickets from airport to hotel and back and was told upon completing our arrival at the hotel that our trip was complete and that we did not have round trip vouchers. So we took a taxi to the airport for $40 and upon arrival received a call stating the shuttle was waiting at the hotel to take us to the airport. Your communication could be a whole lot better!!! Reimburse me for 50% of my transportation costs if sincere. Extremely disappointed!

Stranded at the Airport - No Show
Had booked round trip transferred from airport to hotel and back. West Bay Accommodations never showed, and never called to say they were running late. When we called the the office - twice - no one answered. When we reported them to Viator, they did not answer when Viator called either. Started the refund process. 4 days later West Bay Accommodations emailed me and said there was heavy traffic and that is why we didn't get picked up. Such fake news! Why wouldn't they call us then to have us wait? Why are you just contacting me 4 DAYS after pickup? They just don't want to give the refund of $160 now, so they are making up lies. Do NOT book with this company. We ended up using a taxi service from the airport to the hotel for the same price and no headache in the long run.

We messaged you the day of your pick up (not 4 days after) to apologise and also to tell you the events of the day that we were held up due to traffic and your flight arrived early so we could not make it on time to pick you up. Traffic these days has been an ongoing problem in Grand Cayman and this is something that is out of our control. Our drivers are not allowed to answer calls when on the road as we have faced some serious fines from traffic regulations before, which explains why your call was not answered. With regards to your refund, I personally emailed Viator asking if you would like to keep your return booking because if you did, then we can refund 50% or we can approve a full refund. There seems to be some miscommunication between what we emailed Viator and what they communicated to you. Please do not accuse us of lying without knowing our side of facts and events of the day. Your refund was already approved yesterday, which again I am not sure if it was communicated to you in time.

The driver name Victor...
The driver name Victor was at the airport waiting for us with my name displayed. I was happy because I did not have to do anything but follow him to the vehicle. Victor was very nice and informative about the island’s. I am Looking to be picked up on Tuesday, 10/11 @ 10:00 am. Please let Victor be available to picks us for our return flight to the airport.
