WiFi NEVER works. No pickup for the University.

satisfactory - not many choices.
we believed the price included hotel drop off. NO on the bus at the airport, we were asked for more money to get to the hotel, about US$10 each. we had cash but we had to pay credit card. we could have gone back into the airport, but we were told there wasn't enough time.! when we go to the Bus Station there was plenty of time to buy the addition ticket with cash. More importantly, the local bus stop was there and it would have been cheaper.

Fast and efficient
Buses are right outside the airport terminal and leave when full. Seats are comfortable. Luggage is stored under the bus.

Comfortable transfers
Economical, punctual largely, comfortable, stylish, polite staff, helpful, best way to transfer in Iceland where there is no Uber and local taxis are quite expensive

Good reliable service
