Poor flight coordination
They left before 90 minutes .. The flight was 20 minutes late .. so the 90 minutes should start from the flight arrival time
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review, I would like to respond to your complaint, you ordered a pick-up at 12:00, our driver arrived at the airport at 12:05 pm , because your flight arrived a little late, your flight MH715 arrived at 12:25, while waiting the driver kept trying to contact you, but there was no response at all, even though the day before we had also confirmed but there was no response, the driver waited from 12:05 to 13:41, but there was no response at all from you, because the waiting time had run out, we asked the driver to leave the airport, because the waiting time had run out, we have photo evidence using the time, so you have lied that the driver left the airport before 90 minutes. Dependable service.
Booked the transfer for a late night arrival. Plane was delayed by 30 minutes. The driver waited, communicating with me and drove me for a two hour drive to my hotel. Excellent service. Driver Kholik is excellent, polite and patient. Recommend this service.
