Great Trip and 5 STAR SERVICE
I want to start with a long-overdue but highly necessary review for Kenzie High Life Jamaica. After a friend recommended them, I went to their site to book an airport pickup. However, upon landing, I realized I had failed to finalize the reservation. I was stuck in Jamaica with no transportation—until I spoke with Chez. Chez was incredibly calm, understanding, and patient. He went completely out of his way to arrange a last-minute ride for us and even followed up to ensure we arrived safely. His team and company are truly amazing. Later in the trip, Chez drove us to Dunn's River Falls. During the ride, he shared fascinating insights about Jamaica's history and current developments. He even treated us to a stop at a roadside restaurant where the food was absolutely spectacular. For our departure, Chez’s father drove us back to the airport, providing the same 5-star service and hospitality.I give Kenzie High Life Jamaica a perfect 10/10. It was money well spent. If you want a seamless, authentic Jamaican experience, look no further!

Fast and friendly
Our group needed airport transfers to/from Montego Bay - Ocho Rios. Someone else in our group booked the transfer for us from the airport and Romario ended up waiting on us for 2 hours to take us to the resort since he was given the wrong time. He still treated us with welcoming respect, helped us with our luggage, and gave us friendly and informative service. We asked if we could stop at a shop to pick up some liquor and souvenirs on the way and he made a phone call to a local shop he knew and made arrangements to get us in before they closed for the day. Romario gave me his direct contact info to coordinate a ride anytime during our stay - for excursions or the return airport transfer. Returning to the airport we got a larger group to go together to the airport so “Don” came in a bus. He was fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend using these guys for any rides you may need in Jamaica. They are very professional and fun.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we truly appreciate you choosing us and we are pleased to have had the opportunity to show you a piece of our beautiful island of Jamaica. Please feel welcomed to visit us again soon!

The absolute best!
I researched this trip for over a month. I saw on this site, that HL Tours had exceptional reviews and I'm writing today to say the reviews are all true. Chez is absolutely and unequivocally the best private tour guide around. We scheduled Chez to pick us up from the airport and to also take us to Nine Mile, Martha Brae, shopping, Luminous Waters and several lunch spots. And every step of the way, Chez was polite, knowledgable, friendly, accomodating and an absolute joy to be around. Chez is, without a doubt, one of the nicest people we have ever met and is and will always be a friend for life. BOOK WITH HL TOURS! BOOK WITH CHEZ! If you want to take your Jamaican holiday experience to the next level, do not look anywhere else.

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Airport Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montego Bay.
How much does Airport Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montego Bay usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Airport Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 0.2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montego Bay is not rushed.
Is Airport Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montego Bay, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Airport Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Airport Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Airport Transfer?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montego Bay can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montego Bay and add a light layer if any part of the 0.2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Airport Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montego Bay within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Montego Bay?
+
On Outty we rank every Montego Bay experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Montego Bay Airport Transfer to Negril, Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls Private Tour from Montego Bay, Appleton Estate Admission Ticket & Distillery Tour with Tastings. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Montego Bay?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Montego Bay?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
