Meh. Unreliable
We were told to exit the airport in our name would be written on the board where we could see it. Unfortunately, her name wasn’t written anywhere and we were swarmed on by the hundreds of other taxi drivers that want to drive us to the hotel So after about 10 to 15 minutes confusion we were told our person that was supposed to greet us wasn’t here yet. So finally, she shows up and takes care of a few other couples that were waiting to, and then comes over and asked us for our printed confirmation. So we show her our email on our phones and she says that won’t do we were supposed to print it out she said, so then she asked for our passports and we asked her why. She said she was just gonna get the passport as ID and write down the passport number. So we refused and offer her other forms of ID, where she had to call her boss to find out if that was OK. We we agreed on a drivers license and she promptly wrote down all the numbers on her drivers license. Then she called the driver arrived about 15 minutes later no issues after that.

Great hotel transfer experience
We booked round trip transfers before leaving home. The drivers were very courteous and drove safely. There was a person to greet us exactly where we were told to meet them. They emailed us before during and after our trip. All in all we felt very well cared for.
