About this experience

Experience the Hamburg neighborhood like never before on a night tour through St. Pauli. The times of the dirty quarter are long gone. On the Reeperbahn, at half past twelve at night, one looks in vain for the seamen who used to drink through the nights here. But it is sinful, the hot mile, and more than ever worth seeing. During your journey through the night and get to know and love the most iconic, darkest and most sinful corners over a beer! Chat with your guide about fur seals and pimps, party fish and easy girls and see the most original and original hamburger sheds. Don't chew for a long time, head back! In between there is still a short on the house. After the Kieztour you will be well informed and you will know exactly where to go on the Reeperbahn at night. Hip clubs, strip bars or legendary harbor bars. One thing is guaranteed, in the end you are sure to be madly in love with St. Pauli!

Shortly before the start: cancelled

I was only in Hamburg for one day and was really looking forward to this experience. I arrived at the meeting point on time - I wanted to check again whether I was standing in the right place. What do I see? "No booking available at the moment." The organizer canceled without a word about 10 minutes before the start. At that time I was not given any alternative and so I had to start my journey home without a long-awaited neighborhood tour. What a pity!

Cool tour of the neighbourhood

We had a guided Reeperbahn tour with our guide Dennis. He made the lead a real highlight of the day with his first-class knowledge of the Reeperbahn and his great humor.

Surprisingly different

It was a great tour. We've learned so much. We were a pleasant small group and despite Hamburg weather we had great fun. Thanks and we'll be back.

Great tour!

The tour with Bela felt less like a typical tourist tour and more like a resident of the Reeperbahn, who introduces you to the customs, background and history of the neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend!

Neighbourhood tour with lots of blah

Punctual start. Bela has brought it across loosely, but too often too many numbers. Also, all too often the pers. Opinion of Bela about Hamburg and the finances addressed and ales badmouthed. The Nazi past of Hans Albers is also uninteresting so I don't want to hear this on the neighborhood tour as well as the customs of the Luden in dealing with suitors and the kidney blows and the methods on the Davidwache. One of my group is a police officer, and he was very surprised. Also the slip-ups on Beatles Square...well who believes it.? I would have liked more neighborhood stories...Döntjes and “credible” stories and the visit to the “Ritze” instead of just standing in front of it. Mine and also the enthusiasm of my group was limited. Of my 3 previous neighbourhood tours, this was the worst....Sorry is like that. It all came across as overblown and often untrustworthy. I didn't like it... too bad

Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hamburg.

How much does Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour cost?

+

Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hamburg usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hamburg is not rushed.

Is Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hamburg, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hamburg can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hamburg and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ahoy St.Pauli at night - the legendary Kieztour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hamburg within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hamburg?

+

On Outty we rank every Hamburg experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Local Tour of Hamburg Historic Centre, Guided Hamburg City Bike Tour, Tourist Excursion - Free Tour - Historic Center-Hamburg Walking. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hamburg?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hamburg?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
