    Custom Taj Tour

Great tour company, very accommodating even though we had a few changes to the itinerary. Amam was a nice tour guide for the Taj Mahal.

Response from the operator: Your Taj tour sounds thoughtfully planned and well-managed, especially with the flexibility to customize the itinerary as needed. The guide, Amam played such an important role in making your visit to the Taj Mahal truly memorable and something to cherish. We appreciate you sharing your experience—thank you, and we hope to welcome you again for another special journey!

    Agra tour

Nasir was a great guide! He showed us around the major sites- Taj Mahal, baby Taj and red fort. He had patience through the whole process and explained history and detail behind each monument. I recommend him with foreigners as he speaks multiple languages as well.

Response from the operator: Nasir clearly elevated the experience by patiently guiding you through the major sites, taking time to explain every detail behind the monuments and ability to communicate in multiple languages surely made the tour even more engaging. Your recommendation for international travelers is greatly valued, thank you!

Poor, rushed guide experience. Saw much better ones.

I booked with Get Your Guide and was thoroughly disappointed by the whole experience. I booked a 4 site excursion of the Taj Mahal, the Baby Taj, the Red Fort and Mehtab Bagh over 7hours We didn't even go to Mehtab Bagh. The tour was finished after 3 and a half hours. My tour guide just simply couldn't be bothered. He was walking off, taking calls on his phone constantly, walking ahead (see photo) and rushing me around. I'm very upset. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Taj Mahal and I was rushed through and at one point had to ask a tourist to take a photo of me. If you've got 7hours allocated to it, there's no harm in taking time to just sit and look. Even in the queue, other guides were standing talking to their customers, mine went and sat at a coffee stand. The Red Fort and the Baby Taj were similar - just a rushed walk round, him saying he'd "watch my shoes" as an excuse to sit on his phone and me having to ask for photos to be taken. At the Baby Taj, my guide asked me to complete the feedback in front of him before we left. I said no because I'm not being intimidated into giving false feedback. I have contacted the company and other than a quick apology text had nothing back. My one opportunity to see the Taj Mahal was ruined by being rushed, not being allowed to sit and enjoy it and feeling like a hindrance asking for photos. I would suggest you use another firm because this one just take your money and treat you poorly.

    Interesting experience

The tour was nice and Ali our tour guide was friendly and he took us nice photos and give us useful tips. He took us also to the souvenir shop called silver hut which was also nice. Unfortunately our driver came late to pick us up with smaller car than agreed and we missed some attractions since all attractions close at 5 PM for better future planning. Overall we were satisfied and Taj Mahal was very beautiful

Response from the operator: Reading this was genuinely lovely. Thank you for taking the time to share such balanced feedback. We're happy to hear that Ali helped make your visit enjoyable with his friendly company, photography skills, and useful local recommendations. It's also great to know you enjoyed your visit to the Silver Hut and, of course, the beauty of the Taj Mahal. At the same time, we're sorry to hear about the delayed pickup and the vehicle not matching the agreed arrangement. We also understand your disappointment about missing some attractions due to the closing times. Your comments are valuable, and we'll continue improving our planning and coordination to help future guests make the most of their day. It was a pleasure being part of your journey.

Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Agra.

How much does Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own cost?

    +

Prices start at $12 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Agra usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Agra is not rushed.

Is Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Agra, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Agra can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Agra and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Agra Private City Tour: Customize your own start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Agra within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Agra?

    +

On Outty we rank every Agra experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Taj Mahal Sunrise and Agra Fort Skip the Line Tour, Taj Mahal Skip-the-Line Guided Tour with Multiple Options, Agra: Private Sunrise Taj Mahal & Agra City Tour":. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Agra?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Agra?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
