One star from me only because cool guide Abdul and Taj Mahal, if not those 2 reasons, in my opinion trip worth 0 stars
I believe it’s going to be much better now after I complain to the owner, but I was really disappointed by this trip.. You have one driver and 2 guides (one in Dheli one in Agra) Dheli guide had to show me 8 places but showed only 4, so a day trip became a half day trip.. I don’t even got my lunch as it was in to do list emailed me by the host and when I ask when we stop for a lunch, guid just both me little pac of chips and bottle of coke in the street (i got my food after we left Dheli). I was asked or i want to buy some presents I answered NO, but any how I was taken to the store and told: now we came where you see a lot of things at one place.. naive me thought they take me to some view point.. in general I felt like guide looked at me like I am a bank or donation organization, and showed very not nice face after I didn’t buy anything at the store.. Guide from Agra, Abdul, was really nice I highly recommend! The driver was worst, in Dheli he pushed me to leave a tips to the guide, by showing money sign with he’s fingers directly to my face.. and saying tips tips! After I left too little tips to the guide, I was lectured almost all the way to Agra that I need to leave good tips because they live from the tips, and for him as my driver for 2days, 100 USD is a tips he is expecting… of course I complained to the owner so next day in Agra driver didn’t tell me a word. Anyhow Taj Mahal is breathtaking and definitely highly recommended to see..

Great experience!!!
We had an amazing experience. We were picked up in a super clean vehicle, with a nice driver (Bhependar), and the pick up vehicle arrived punctually at the scheduled time. The guide joined us when we reached Agra and we had the same driver and guide for both days in Agra, and a new guide joined us for Fatehpur Sikri. We were traveling with three small children (5,8, 10 yrs), and our guide was always very patient and accommodating. At the monuments in Agra, the guide helped us in getting the tickets, explained the history of the monuments, answered endless questions from kids, and also coordinated with the driver for seamless drop-offs and pick-ups. We saw Agra Fort and Baby Taj (Itmad-ud-Daula) on day 1, and Taj Mahal at sunrise along with Fatehpur Sikri on day 2. We used the tour company for transport from Delhi, overnight stay in Agra and the guide. This was the best possible experience one can ask for and on our next trip to India, we'll likely use this tour company again for a Rajasthan trip.

Delhi Agra splendid trip
The trip was very well organized by Manish Jain. The Tour driver Manish Kumar was very nice and helped us in seeing the places. The tour guides understood our needs and planned accordingly. Overall very impressive and satisfied

A great driver and a superb guide. (Rakesh and Ajmal). Ajmal was not only a very informative guide but also a superb photographer. The hotel option we chose (Jaypee Palace) was a top spot with great food. I highly recommend this company to show you the highlights of Agra.
