Great experience

The driver picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the site The horses were in stables ready Looked well cared for and friendly We went through a town - to get to a part above the beach Once on the beach we were given the opportunity to canter The experience was great, the horses were well behaved and calm The area we went was not the prettiest and you are responsible for putting own hats on etc - but that did not stop the experience being enjoyable

The communication before...

The communication before hand wasn't great had to chase for a pickup time. However once there everything was great, guide was really good took lots of pictures for us, went to some lovely spots and helped my daughter as she got a bit tired towards the end. There was just the 2 of us for the time we booked and rode for about an hour

Amazing and well worth the experience! Highly Recommend!

I have recently returned from a short holiday to Agadir with my two daughters (age 11 and 14). We booked this experience in advance of our holiday and got a great deal for the sunset beach horse ride and my feedback in the first instance is wow. Both my children and I loved every moment and would 100% book it again and recommend to anyone. Our transport picked us up on time as instructed out the front of our hotel after sending a message to let us know they had arrived for pick up. The journey from our hotel (Iberostar) to the ranch was approximately 20 minutes I think but this was also manoeuvring through slightly more traffic than other times of the day. Arriving at the ranch which is located next to the beach we were able to see the horses in the stables and could see they were well cared for, clean and well fed/watered. The staff were friendly and could speak a good enough level of English to have a nice conversation with. They checked our previous experience levels before allocating us horses and we were in a group with four other people. Myself and my youngest daughter had basically no experience of horse riding before, but I was still allowed to ride the horse independently and my youngest daughter also rode on her own but with a member of staff holding on to the front of the reigns to guide the horses. (Note: these were full sized horses and NOT pony's :D). They take you along the beach, stopping off at various points for photos. They offer to take photos for you on your phone or camera and we were not expected to pay extra for this. At the end, they offer you the option to try a gallop on the horse (again no additional cost) as for some people such as myself, this would be a new experience. Well worth doing if you don't have a nervous disposition. The whole experience was beautiful and we came away with some stunning photos and videos which we will cherish. The only thing I would say as a pre-warn (for people particularly prone to moaning at trivial things), the beach in the evening is particularly busy with locals, so the horse ride consists of some manoeuvring around people dotted on the beach. Also, the beach itself did not appear to be a 'tourist' beach, so it is not the golden clean sands you may experience at your hotel beach or typical tourist beach (i.e. you will be able to see an amount of litter and cars parked on the sand) and there are a lot of dogs (unclear on whether they were owned or strays). None of this bothered us, nor did it effect our experience or the photos/videos we were able to capture. We would like to say thank you for such a great time and we hope to join you again sometime in the future!

Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Agadir.

How much does Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience cost?

+

Prices start at $13 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Agadir usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience take?

+

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Agadir is not rushed.

Is Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 105 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Agadir, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience?

+

Around 37 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Agadir can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Agadir and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Agadir: Sunset & Morning Beach Horseback Riding Experience start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Agadir within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Agadir?

+

On Outty we rank every Agadir experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agadir Jeep safari 4x4 Desert Adventures with Lunch, 4x4 Jeep Safari in Agadir Mini Sahara and Berber Lunch, Agadir Jeep Safari 4x4 Desert Adventures with Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Agadir?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Agadir?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
