Disappointed.
I have used viator before. This was the first time I was unhappy. We had to wait 45 mins for our car to arrive for pickup. Disappointed because I book the pickup ahead of time because I am traveling with kids and to wait for 45 mins is hard

Drivers are not allowed to wait at the terminal curbside and can only approach the pickup area once passengers have completed immigration, baggage claim, and exited the terminal. This process is managed by airport authorities and is unfortunately beyond the control of any transfer company. Once our driver received clearance to proceed, the vehicle arrived as instructed by airport security. While the wait can feel long after a flight, this procedure applies equally to all transportation services operating at the airport. We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your understanding. Bait and switch
It was not a good experience. Nore of a bait and switch. Once I confirmed that I was within the travel distance covered by this service, I booked. I was later told that I was outside of their range and that I would need to pay an additional $30. I was not informed of this until after the 24 hr cancelation period had expired.

This can result in a price adjustment after booking when the hotel is located outside the selected area — such as Uvero Alto or La Romana, which are farther from the Punta Cana airport. Please note that in these cases, guests are always offered the option to cancel for a full refund if they prefer not to pay the difference. Don’t Book!!!
Don’t book!! It was pure chaos!!!! They charged us an additional 60US dollars after paying $140US on the site “Viator”after specifically asking the representative and calling viator or directly, to inquire about an additional cost. We were in another country forced to pay an additional fee to get to our hotel. Viator stated they would refund but has yet to do so. The driver said they weren’t and they just told us that to get us off the phone. There were no amenities and no extra upgrades for this additional course. It was ridiculous. Worst experience and transportation, and this is not the first time Viator has messed up my booking.
