  3. Goa Gajah Ubud Temple is indeed one of the oldest rows of temples on the island of Bali. Not only that, Goa Gajah Temple is also worthy of being called one of the most phenomenal designs on the Island of the Gods. Moreover, this temple also has a high historical value in Bali. Goa Gajah Temple does have a unique shape, and is very much different compared to other temples on the island of Bali. As the name implies, Goa Gajah Temple has the shape of a cave. Because of its uniqueness, UNESCO also included Goa Gajah as one of the tentative lists of world heritage sites that must be protected. With its unique architectural form, it's no wonder that Goa Gajah Bali Temple has become a destination that has managed to attract the attention of many tourists. Visitors can explore the temple complex which consists of two main areas. The first area is located in the north which is the location of Shiva's teachings. This is evidenced by the existence of the statue of Ganesha and Trilingga. This area is also the location of worship for Hindus on the island of Bali.

  4. Gunung Kawi Temple or Tebing Kawi Temple is an archaeological site that is protected in Bali. Located in Pakerisan River, Penaka Hamlet, Tampaksiring Village, Tampaksiring Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency, Province of Bali, Indonesia. [1]: 180 This temple is very unique because usually the temple is intact rock made of red brick or mountain stone, but this temple is not like that but carved on the walls of rock cliffs on the edge of the river. The name Gunung Kawi itself is said to have originated from the words Gunung and Kawi. Gunung means Mountain or Mountains and Kawi means Finished Sculpture Gunung Kawi Temple means a temple carved on a mountain. This temple is located about 40 kilometers from Denpasar City with a journey of about 1 hour by car or motorcycle. While from the City of Gianyar it is about 21 kilometers or about half an hour's drive. If you don't bring a private vehicle, from Denpasar and Gianyar tourists can take advantage of taxi services, tourist buses, as well as travel agent services.

Great day trip with friendly guide

Our guide Komang Yudana had picked us up from the hotel on time , drove us from one place of interest to another throughout the day and entertained us with lots of additional information about them. We had a lot of fun and also felt safe in traffic, defying the adverse conditions - heavy rain He was very friendly and we would book him again as our tour guide at any time.

Response from the operator: Dear Customer Thanks for you kindly help us Your review will be helpful Regard Ketut

Best day so far!

Yogi our tour guide was amazing! We had a blast going through hidden canyon, it was so peaceful and also an adventure. I can’t believe it’s not more popular. The waterfall we visited was also amazing. We really wanted to get some authentic Balinese food so instead of the temple our driver took us to a lunch spot that was great on our way back to the hotel. Would highly recommend this tour and Yogi:. Drivers in Bali are pretty aggressive and I get car sick so was a little worried for the long day and drive but I was happy he drove more calmly.

Fantastic

Fantastic and adventurous place to visit. The staff were lovely. You go into the water for about 1/2 the journey, wet shoes is definitely advisable. It took us around 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. We went in as a pair with our own tour guide. We paid 120,000 for the guide, water and towel at the end. Definitely worth it!

Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang cost?

+

Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 10-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Adventures Tour : Bali Hidden Canyon Trekking - Beji Guwang start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Bali 5 Days and 4 Nights Private Tour - Best and Famous Site. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
