We loved the exhibit. But your service was non existent. The guide was 30 minutes late. He handed us a ticket , told us to wait in a line and then disappeared. No explanation of what to expect. It caused a lot of anxiety. Like I said, your service was worthless, or worse.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify what happened, as we completely understand how the situation may have been confusing. Our guide did not disappear. After meeting you, he escorted you to the red point, which is the priority entrance for guests with reserved tickets. The blue line, on the other hand, was the regular entrance for visitors without reservations, and on that day the waiting time there was more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. The delay you experienced before entering the museum was therefore caused by the museum’s entrance procedures, not by our service. Once our guide had correctly placed you at the red point and made sure you were in the priority entrance, he returned to the meeting point to assist our other scheduled clients. We sincerely apologize that this was not explained clearly enough to you at the time. We understand that, without this information, it could have felt like you were left without assistance. We will make sure our instructions are clearer in the future so our guests feel confident and informed throughout the process. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the exhibit, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Warm regards, Florence Elite Tours

as promised
This was to access skip the line tickets. If you can purchase the tickets in advance from the official website, there’s no need to pay for this service. We weren’t able to, so this worked out for us. The rep we met (Denise) was very friendly and she helped us get in the correct line and handed us our tickets. That’s all that was included in the service and they delivered what they promised.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your honest and detailed review! We’re very happy to hear that our service worked well for you and that we were able to help you secure your tickets and access the correct priority entrance. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words. We’re glad she was able to make the process simple and smooth for you. Thank you for choosing Florence Elite Tours and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you again in Florence! 🇮🇹

Get your own ticket, this is not a tour and time of day they sell this for you will not have a long wait.
This is not a tour, you basically meet someone and they bring you to line, give you a pfd and leave. We got to meet up at 10am, others were meeting guides. We got a call saying they were running late waited 15 min. We could have been in the q line at that time of morning and gotten in for a lot less money and had audio. The q was maybe a 15 min wait at 10am. This is not worth the money, definitely felt like a tourist that got taken advantage of.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration about the 15-minute delay, and we sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting. As soon as we knew we could not arrive exactly at 10:00 AM due to an unexpected issue, we called you and informed you that we would be approximately 10–15 minutes late. We are human, and unfortunately, unexpected situations can sometimes happen, but we understand that your time is valuable. We would also like to clarify what you booked. You did not book a guided tour. You booked a skip-the-line priority ticket for the Accademia Gallery. The service provides you with your admission ticket and access through the priority entrance, without having to wait in the general line. Our representative met you and brought you to the red point, which is the priority entrance. From there, you were able to enter through the priority line rather than the blue line, which was the general entrance. That day, visitors waiting in the general line were facing waiting times of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, while you were able to use the priority entrance. We also want to clarify that the guided PDF was not included in the price. We provided it to you as a complimentary gift, as an apology for the time you had to wait for our representative. It was intended to give you additional information about the history of the museum and make your visit more enjoyable. We are genuinely sorry that you did not feel the service was worth the price. At the same time, we always encourage our clients to choose the option that works best for them. If you find another option that better suits your needs or offers better value, we are sincerely happy for you and wish you the very best. Our goal is simply to provide exactly the service that was booked, and in this case, that was a skip-the-line priority entrance to the Accademia Gallery, which we did provide. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best. Warm regards, Florence Elite Tours

Why this scores 73
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line !: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line ! cost?
+
Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line ! take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line ! worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 110 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line !?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line ! suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line !?
+
Around 39 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Accademia Gallery : Priority Ticket to SKIP the General Line ! start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
