Excellent Day Trip – Ferrari World & Grand Mosque!
We had a fantastic experience on this Abu Dhabi tour! The pick-up was smooth and right on time. Our guide Mr. Hamza was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the whole group comfortable throughout the day. Ferrari World was the highlight, with plenty of exciting attractions to enjoy. The visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was equally breathtaking, and the guide explained everything beautifully, making the experience even more special. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable day trip. Highly recommended!

Huge disappointment
This trip was just such a huge let down. This was a day trip during our holiday in Dubai. We stayed on the palm and we had to be picked up and dropped off from a metro station as they would not pick us up. We were aware of this but they would not confirm the place or time until after 8pm the day before. The main attraction for us was the trip to Ferrari World, but due to an unplanned, hour and a half, stop at a temple on the way, we did not get there until nearly 1pm. The rides are regularly closed for maintenance from 2pm so this added on extra queuing time for us, which was a shame as we even used the virtual queuing system to avoid wasted time. We then went to the ‘date market,’ which was just a shop on an industrial estate. The dates were the mass produced kind you can buy in any shop, and the spices were the same you see in the shops in Dubai. We got to the corniche after sunset so missed opportunities for nice photos, and the view was underwhelming, to put it mildly. We then visited the mosque, where some women on our tour were told to buy suitable clothing from a shop in the adjoining mall when the guide said their sleeves did not sufficiently cover their wrists. For reference, we also visited a mosque on a tour of Dubai and were lent suitable clothing with no expectation to pay for anything. The tour guide, Hamza, was not very informative, offering nearly no information about any of the sites. He text me to say the group were only waiting for me and my husband, however, we were walking back to the van with 3 other members of the group at that time. At the mosque, I let him know that I was not happy with the timings of the day and he started to argue with me, telling me the day was ‘running perfectly,’ even though we arrived at the mosque at around 8pm. The van was also not suitable for the tour. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was so hot and uncomfortable by the middle of the day. My husband and I were the last people to be picked up at the beginning of the day and we had the last 2 seats at the back of the bus, with no space for my handbag other than on my lap. From pick up to drop off, the trip took around 12.5 hours, which was much longer than expected. I would not recommend this trip to anyone and am disappointed that I spent so much money, and one day of our holiday, on this trip.

Instead, fixed pick-up points are assigned for each area, and this information is always shared with guests during the booking stage. In your case, we provided two nearby options one day prior, as per our standard procedure. The final timings are always confirmed after 7 PM the previous evening, and this was also communicated correctly. About the Ferrari World visit, the park operates from 10 AM to 7 PM, and occasional internal maintenance of rides is managed directly by the park. Unfortunately, such maintenance schedules are not within our control. We understand this may have affected your experience and are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We also wish to clarify that the BAPS Hindu Temple has recently been included as an additional stop in our tour. It has been very well-received by many guests, but we understand it may have affected the timings in your case. We will certainly review how we communicate this to ensure better clarity going forward. For the date market stop, this was the traditional Abu Dhabi dates market, which is part of the city tour experience. We are also sorry to hear about your experience at the mosque regarding the clothing requirements. Each mosque has its own dress rules and enforcement, which can vary from one location to another. However, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused and will share this feedback with our guide. Regarding the guide interaction and van comfort, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
