One week trip built by the agency (contacted through Evaneos) based on our requests, my consultant was Alice, very kind and prepared, together with her colleagues has practically fulfilled our every wish. Everything went great, we were met at the airport in the middle of the night by a representative of the agency, Richar, nice and very kind, who gave us all the initial information. Our driver Matadeen was an incredible and tireless driver, he drove for many hours demonstrating great experience and professionalism. We expected a better car given the number of hours spent on the road but everything went well anyway. It was wonderful to see so many different landscapes, the countryside, the mountains, the rural villages, the small towns and the crowded streets of the big cities flowing out the window. All the hotels were in line with our expectations or even exceeded them, especially the Madri Haveli in Udaipur, a historic building that is part of the cultural heritage of the city that has been renovated respecting the identity of the place, and the Umaid Bhavan in Jaipur, lovely, delicious rooftop dinner! We were very happy to have stayed in hotels and b&b owned and operated by locals and not in hotels of Western hotel chains, this also made a difference. We took a guided tour of the city of Jaipur with an exceptional guide, Mr Himanshu Kumar Trivedi, who speaks perfect Italian, to tour with him the city palace (we even entered the famous blue room!) and the bazaar was the best experience of the whole trip, Himanshu has many years of experience behind him and walking with him through the streets of Jaipur listening to his narration was wonderful. We hope to return to India soon because we still have a lot to see:)
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your detailed and thoughtful feedback with us! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a memorable and enjoyable experience on your Classical Rajasthan Tour. It's wonderful to know that Alice and our entire team were able to tailor the trip to your preferences and fulfill your every wish. Richar’s warm welcome at the airport and Matadeen’s professional and tireless driving are truly appreciated, and we’re glad to hear that they made your journey even more comfortable. We also take pride in offering unique stays like the Madri Haveli in Udaipur and the Umaid Bhavan in Jaipur, and we’re delighted to know they stood out to you. It’s especially rewarding to hear that you enjoyed your guided tour in Jaipur with Mr. Himanshu Kumar Trivedi. His expert knowledge and storytelling have left a lasting impression, and we’re so glad it was one of the highlights of your trip. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back on another unforgettable journey to India in the future. Thank you once again for choosing Travel XS. Wishing you many more incredible adventures ahead!

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur cost?
+
Prices start at $680 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 12. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 8-Day Rajasthan Heritage & Desert Tour Delhi to Udaipur start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
