Ten days of Adventure in Ecuador

I have lived in Ecuador for some time but it is the first time that I decided to visit places that I had not visited and looking for the best option to travel, I found this Tour Ecuador Mountains Treasure 10-Day & 9-Night with real Dreams Tour Operator. I have been impressed with the great diversity of landscapes, cultures, flora and fauna of Ecuador in the company of Pedro who was very attentive at every moment of how I felt, he is very well prepared with the information shared by each corner visited, complementing each other, making the place of the sea totally amazing! Getting to know the historic center was a spectacular day, climbing the tower of one of the most important churches and being able to look at the old city with a view of the snow-capped peaks closest to the city of Quito. Visiting the Intiñan museum in the Middle of the World and learning about the regions and cultures of Ecuador before starting the second day of the tour left me with an expectation of what I would see! On the second day in the very punctual morning, Pedro picked me up from the Hotel that they had reserved for me, which by the way was very welcoming with a very nutritious breakfast for the activities of this day, During the trip I met and observed very picturesque landscapes, we visited the house of an indigenous person I must confess that at first I did not want to do it but his welcome to his house was very warm and I was able to see inside his house that I loved, everything was very well distributed and he still maintains a traditional and cultural way of life of the place. Then we visited a small town with very interesting art galleries, the objects they sell are excellent and useful for anyone, a place to get a nice souvenir. Already in the Lagoon it was surprising to know that the Quilotoa Lagoon is inside a Volcano, appreciating this lagoon was fascinating its turquoise green color left me with my mouth open for this, I decided to go down to the lagoon during a 1-hour walk it was worth the effort and on the way up I decided to rent a horse, the experience was unique! After a very cozy rest in the hotel that they reserved for me, Pedro took me to one of the most representative volcanoes, the Chimborazo Volcano, the road lent itself to be able to observe this majestic volcano already in the parking lot, appreciating it up close was impressive since The day opened and I was able to go up to the Whimper shelter and Pedro, always very attentive, helped me achieve this goal. Baños an unforgettable place, its warm climate and the activities that I was able to do were a complement of relaxation and sports when visiting the hot springs, views of the waterfalls and tarabita, as well as the very delicious food. The climate of Puyo is very hot and humid and visiting this Omahere reserve was very interesting to learn about the flora of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The Cotopaxi National Park One of the visits we made, perhaps one of my favorites, was to go to the Cotopaxi National Park, seeing this colossus up close was unforgettable. The view towards the indigenous market of the Otavalos and the interaction with the people was very pleasant and their culture reflected in their crafts as well as the visit to the Cuicocha lagoon an excellent day full of surprises and an exquisite meal The rapid change of climates in Ecuador is extraordinary, the visit to Mindo without a doubt a place full of action in the activities that can be carried out, waterfalls, tarabita, seeing the habitat of butterflies in great variety and so close was fascinating just as the squid fly so close to you, you can even feed them in your hands After so many activities that I did, it was very opportune to go to these hot springs in Papallacta, definitely very welcoming. Thanks Pedro, it was an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend doing this Tour, your money is well paid for the activities and services offered by Real Dreams Tour Elizabeth

8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Quito.

How much does 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture cost?

+

Prices start at $1354 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Quito usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture take?

+

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Quito is not rushed.

Is 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Quito, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 8. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Quito can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quito and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 8-Day Ecuador Andes Tour: Volcanoes & Indigenous Culture start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Quito within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Quito?

+

On Outty we rank every Quito experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cotopaxi Full-Day from Quito Including Entrances, Baños Full Day Tour from Quito Including Entrances and Activities, Quilotoa Lagoon Full-Day Tour from Quito with Entrance Fees daily. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Quito?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Quito?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
