Kimberly and Gi Gi (I’m sorry I can’t remember our driver’s name), brought another magical experience to my family and I for our third time back to Costa Rica and our third excursion with Syl Travels. An incredible day in Puntarenas!
Yen was absolutely amazing on our tour of Puntarenas. There was some traffic so they were able to pivot and provide some alternatives that were just as incredible as the description. Leslie was an incredible driver and they took such good care of us. I will absolutely recommend this to other visitors.

The best way to experience Puntarenas!
We booked a tour in Puntarenas, Costa Rica, through Syl Travel and had an amazing experience with our tour operator, Yen. We cannot say enough good things about how much better this was than our previous tours with other operators. Yen made the experience feel personal, authentic, and genuinely special. Thanks to her, we were able to experience Puntarenas up close and really enjoy the place rather than just seeing it superficially.
