Oia lies in the northern part of the caldera, situated above an impressive cliff overlooking the volcano and the island of Thirassia. Oia has become globally famous for its authentic Cycladic beauty, whitewashed houses, labyrinth-like alleys, and amazing hotels, even though the number one thing Oia is renowned for is its magical sunset. Excellent Santorini Private Tour On Greek Easter Day!

We booked "The best of Santorini Shore Excursion 7-H" private tour. Incredible day with a fantastic driver guide. Santorini Tours Greece staff and Asimina' from the office, communication was top notch. She reached out to us a couple days in advance in prep for potential weather concerns. The day of our private tour was Sunday the day of the Greek Orthodox Easter! What a day! We were lucky to experience the Greek easter day, and lucky we had George as our driver guide. He took us to the best places to see on the island and showed us how the Greeks enjoy the Easter day! The sky showed signs of opening up and George our driver used his experience and reading people to provide candid perspective that led us to have an absolutely beautiful day. After our visit the famous for the sunset village of Oia we visited the Sky Blue restaurant on May 16 2023, the Greek Easter Day. We dined at a delicious lunch spot with a stunning view. We enjoyed the lamb (traditional meal for Greek Easter Day) that followed was delicious and very good! They roast the whole lamb on a spit, and one thing is certain – it isn’t Easter without it! The meal was followed with hors d'oeuvres, salads and local Santorini cuisine dishes made from high quality ingredients. Highly 10/10 recommend this for couples, families, friends and/or solo travelers. Thank you Santorini Tours Greece for the wonderful day, thank you George, we hope to meet again!

Wonderful tour, an excellent day with beautiful scenery, and a fantastic tour guide

We went on a Santorini wine tour and it was everything we could’ve asked for. George was an excellent tour guide, tailoring the day to suit our needs and taking us to several beautiful areas with breathtaking views. We were a group of ten, traveling with four senior citizens, and could not think of a way to tour Santorini in February and be safe. Thank's to our friends for recommending Santorini Tours Greece and their team. Our 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion was seamless, and tailor-fit to our interests and needs. The pace was just right and did not feel rushed at all. Yannis our driver did a great job taking us around and giving some depth and perspective. Thank you, Yannis. Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough.

7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.

How much does 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion cost?

    +

Prices start at $1546 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.

Is 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 7 Hours Tour Santorini Shore Excursion start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

    +

On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Santorini?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santorini?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
