WORST experience EVER

I registered their weekly cooking program in March and prepaid the fee, and they told me that the class needs be canceled because it didn't reach the minimum attendees for that program. I said OK, please refund me because I need to cancel my international flights, otherwise I will be charged 50% of the cancellation fee. However, they dragged for almost 2 weeks to issue the refund, and the refund was not returned to the credit card I paid, it had gone wrong to my PayPal account, which has triggered the deactivation of my account and I couldn't do anything to withdraw the money. I tried to contact them to correct the payment but no one responded ever since. They were so proactive when getting me to make the payment while disappeared when the refund is require, and none of these were my fault. I have to contact PayPal to file a dispute on this case to get things resolved at the end. They didn't even apologise for all the the inconvenience they have made to me, and I didn't feel any respect during the process. That was absolutely unacceptable.

Response from the operator: Hi Marjorie, Sorry to hear about your status. We did refunded you back and the money did went out of our account as well. We usually refund the money back to the account that came from and did the same with you too and the money is still with PayPal now. You need to contact them for the same. Also all your mails were answered and your statement is really worrying. We tried our best to avoid the cancellation and to give you the experience but unfortunately your days did not work. We are ready to help you out.

Cooking, cooking and more!

My father and I did week long intense cooking classes. Classes included a ton of information. Daily we cooked five course meals. The head chef even explained how you could modify two things and change the dish to something completely different. In total I walked away with over 40 tips and tricks and a recipe book for more inspiration. Outside of classes, the course offers stuff to do. For example, my father loves horseback riding, so we asked the host of the cooking classes to make the arrangements. It was awesome, she set us up with someone without any issues (and he lived right up the road)!

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
