Jordan Stole a Piece of Our Hearts — 7 Days We’ll Never Forget
How do you put seven unforgettable days into one review? We honestly don’t think it’s possible. We arrived in Jordan excited to discover a new country, but we left feeling like we had experienced something far more meaningful. From ancient cities and breathtaking deserts to beautiful landscapes, wonderful food, and the incredible warmth of the Jordanian people, every day gave us another reason to fall in love with this country. We booked our journey with Tour Experts, and from the very beginning, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The organization was excellent, the communication was easy, and the entire trip felt wonderfully relaxed. We never had to worry about the details — we could simply enjoy the adventure. And then there was Hosam, who deserves a special mention. Having the right person accompanying you for seven days can completely change a trip, and Hosam was absolutely the right person. He was kind, respectful, patient, professional, and always genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying ourselves. What we appreciated most was that Hosam never made us feel like we were simply passengers being taken from one attraction to another. He was always happy to help, answer our questions, recommend places, explain things about Jordan, and make the long drives enjoyable. His warm personality made us feel comfortable from day one, and by the end of the trip, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. And Jordan itself? Absolutely incredible. There were moments when we simply stopped talking because the scenery was so beautiful. There were moments of laughter, moments of complete silence, incredible sunsets, unforgettable meals, fascinating history, and countless photographs that we know we’ll look back on for years. Every destination had its own personality, but it was the little moments in between that made the journey so special — watching the landscape change outside the car window, discovering places we hadn't expected, meeting local people, hearing stories about the country, and having someone like Hosam making sure everything went smoothly. Seven days sounds like a long time when you book the trip, but somehow it disappeared in the blink of an eye. We came to Jordan to see the sights. We left with memories. And that is the difference between taking a trip and truly experiencing a country. A huge thank you to Tour Experts for putting together such a wonderful journey, and an even bigger thank you to Hosam for being such an amazing part of it. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care made a wonderful trip even better. If you are considering visiting Jordan, go. Don't hesitate. Our 7-day tour in Jordan with Tour Experts was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was perfectly organized, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the incredible beauty, history, and hospitality of Jordan. Our itinerary was amazing and covered all the highlights of this beautiful country. We explored the vibrant city of Amman, admired the stunning mosaics in Madaba, enjoyed the breathtaking views from Mount Nebo, visited the sacred Baptism Site, floated effortlessly in the Dead Sea, discovered the magnificent Roman ruins of Jerash, experienced the magical desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, and, of course, spent unforgettable time exploring the breathtaking ancient city of Petra. Every destination was unique and exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to our driver, Waseem, who truly made this trip exceptional. He was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly kind. His driving was safe and comfortable throughout the journey, and he was always happy to share interesting information about Jordan's history, culture, and traditions. Waseem went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, gave us excellent recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. His genuine hospitality made us feel more like friends than tourists. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making even the longer drives enjoyable. The itinerary was well planned, giving us enough time at every location without ever feeling rushed. Magic Jordan
We have traveled to many places always using Viator because they are truly reliable and offer amazing customer service. Honestly, this trip to Jordan is the best one we have booked through the platform. The magic and beauty of this country are simply incredible. Beyond the unfortunate situation at the border—which was our main concern—we were pleasantly surprised to find that Jordan is a peaceful and safe country, with incredibly kind and hospitable people. Petra, the Wadi Rum desert, Jerash, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba with its extraordinary Red Sea, were all unique and unforgettable experiences. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh - every day felt like a feast. The hotels included in this package were excellent, with amazing service. My private solo tour of Jordan with Tour Experts was an unforgettable experience, seamlessly organized and thoughtfully executed. Outstanding Driver & Logistics From start to finish, I was in the capable hands of Nabil, an expert driver who ensured a smooth and comfortable journey. His mastery of English, genial demeanor, scenic route choices, clean and well-stocked car, and attentiveness to details like porting luggage made the trip stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a driver! Tour Structure & Flexibility Unlike group tours, this itinerary allows for independent exploration, with the exceptions of guided Petra and Baptismal site excursions. At other sites, travelers can hire self-identified guides—just be sure to verify their credentials. Site visits were well-organized, and the trip faithfully followed the published itinerary. The hidden gem of this tour is its customization options. Lucy from Tour Experts was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and accommodated last-minute changes, such as: - Upgrading hotel class for two stays - Adding extra excursions Hotels & Final Thoughts Most accommodations met expectations, though I found the Amman hotel to be closer to a 3-star experience rather than the advertised 4-star. However, renovations are underway, so this may improve. If I could change one thing, I would have preferred to end the trip at the Dead Sea, rather than earlier in the itinerary. During the trip I booked a stay at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea (an upgrade) — it and the spa were truly luxurious and rejuvenating. I left feeling incredibly relaxed— this would have been an ideal way to conclude the journey. I understand, however, that logistically speaking this may be a challenge to how the tour route is planned. Final Recommendation I highly recommend Tour Experts for anyone looking for a well-organized, flexible, and immersive Jordan experience. This tour offers a perfect balance of structure and independence, allowing travelers to experience the best of Jordan their own way.
