• When two adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child is eligible for the child rate. However, if the child occupies a separate bed, the adult rate will apply. If one adult shares a room with a child, the child will be charged the same rate as an adult.

• Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking

• No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels•
• Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.•
• Our Company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
• The times listed are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. If you have connecting travel plans, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 extra hours.
• A standard twin room will be booked during the tour but a double bed can be requested as well.
• For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
• Our Company owns all copyrights to use and reuse images and videos taken during kaytrip tours.
