Ranthambore tiger reserve is the best!
The tour was executed exactly as it was advertised. The places visited were interesting. The best part of the tour was visiting Ranthambore National Park. It was great to see the animals in their natural habitat. The landscape was very interesting - from lush streams to open forest to succulents on the hilltops. We got to see lots of animals and even a tiger waking up from his nights slumber! I enjoyed taking time away from the hustle and bustle of normal India to experience the calm of the forest. Thankyou to the Maharaja of Jaipur for preserving the area as his own private hunting ground and for the government of India for making it a national park in recent years. I found the guides to be knowledgeable and very accommodating. In Delhi my guide was Shikha Jha. In Jaipur my guide was Neeru Chauhan. In Agra my guide was Alka Doddo. They were all excellent. My driver for the whole tour was Ajay Kushwah. He was extraordinarily good. He is a lovely guy and very accommodating. He does everything to please and always goes the second mile. His driving is excellent! There was not one time that I felt unsafe, which is saying something given the chaotic nature of Indian traffic. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good driver. My accommodation was good and clean. Almost everything worked apart from the air conditioner at my Delhi hotel. The pick of the accommodation venue's was Ranthambore Nature Camp. It was very neat, clean and peaceful. It was nice staying in such a beautiful setting outside the urban areas.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and vivid account of your journey with Joyful Holidays. I am delighted to know that the tour was executed exactly as promised and that Ranthambore National Park became the highlight of your travels. Your description of the landscapes and the unforgettable sighting of a tiger waking from slumber beautifully captures the magic of the forest. I am deeply grateful for your kind words about our guides — Ms. Shikha Jha in Delhi, Ms. Neeru Chauhan in Jaipur, and Ms. Alka Doddo in Agra — whose knowledge and care enriched your experience. Your praise for Mr. Ajay Kushwah means so much; his safe driving, attentiveness, and cheerful nature are qualities we value deeply, and I am glad he made you feel secure throughout the journey. It brings me joy to know that the accommodations met your expectations, especially the peaceful Ranthambore Nature Camp. Your reflections on both the heritage of India’s cities and the calm of its forests remind me why we love creating these journeys. Your recommendation inspires me greatly, and I am honored you entrusted Joyful Holidays with your travels. With gratitude, Sonia Handa

6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise cost?
+
Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise take?
+
Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 6 Day Golden Triangle with Ranthambore - Taj Mahal Sunset/Sunrise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
