Well paced tour with lots to see and do.
6 days was just perfect for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. We requested Agra before Jaipur and Nikita obliged. The tour guides Sher Singh, Prashant, Arun, Bunty, Suryakant were very knowledgeable. Our driver Madan Kumar was the star of our trip. Steady comfortable driving, very helpful, courteous, polite and very punctual. He is an asset to Nikita Travels. Only disappointment with the tour was that inspite of repeated requests, hotels were informed only the day before the tour which meant we couldn’t plan meeting friends that lived in Delhi. With the traffic which was crazy and more so Republic day road closures for rehearsals we did not get to see old Delhi.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Greetings from India !!! Thank you for your precious and positive Feedback. It is our endeavor to deliver excellent services for al our guests and it is a pleasure to know that you had a memorable trip with us. Your reviews are always motivating and help us make better. Hope to see you again in Incredible India to explore some other part of this diverse country. Thanks & Regards Puneet Sharma Call/ Whatsapp (24/7): +91-9837210930

Beautiful 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour Full of Culture, History, and Delicious Food
I recently embarked on the 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi with Nikita Holidays, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve ever had. This trip not only covered some of India’s most iconic landmarks but also gave me a taste of its rich culture, fascinating history, and mouthwatering cuisine. Day 1: Departure from Delhi The journey began in Delhi, where I was picked up promptly. The car was clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxed start to the tour. The drive to Jaipur took a few hours, and along the way, I got to see rural India, with its scenic landscapes and small villages. Day 2: Exploring the Pink City – Jaipur Arriving in Jaipur, I was immediately struck by the city’s vibrant colors and architectural beauty. Known as the “Pink City,” Jaipur is famous for its royal heritage and iconic monuments. The first stop was Amber Fort, which was an absolute highlight. Built on a hill, the fort is a mix of Mughal and Rajput architecture. Walking through its grand courtyards, intricately designed palaces, and mirrored halls felt like stepping back in time. The view from the fort, overlooking the surrounding hills and Maota Lake, was breathtaking. Later, we visited the City Palace, which is still partially a royal residence. The museum inside showcased royal costumes, weaponry, and artifacts that told stories of Jaipur’s glorious past. Another must-see was Hawa Mahal, or the “Palace of Winds.” Its unique façade, with countless small windows designed for royal ladies to watch processions without being seen, was mesmerizing. Food in Jaipur: The food in Jaipur was as unforgettable as its sights. I tried dal baati churma, a traditional Rajasthani dish consisting of lentils, baked wheat dumplings, and a sweet crumbly dessert. Another standout was laal maas, a spicy red meat curry that was rich and flavorful. The sweets, particularly ghewar and mawa kachori, were delightful. In the evening, I explored the bustling bazaars of Jaipur, filled with colorful textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts. Shopping here was an experience in itself, and I left with some beautiful souvenirs. Day 3: Jaipur to Agra The journey from Jaipur to Agra was a scenic drive through rural landscapes. On the way, I made a quick stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ghost town, built by Emperor Akbar, is an architectural marvel. The Buland Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world, was particularly impressive. Day 4: The Taj Mahal – A Dream Come True Arriving in Agra, the highlight was, of course, the Taj Mahal. No matter how many photos you’ve seen, nothing prepares you for the beauty of this iconic monument in person. The white marble structure, shimmering in the sunlight, was breathtaking. Learning about its history and the love story behind its construction made the visit even more special. Food in Agra: Agra has its own unique culinary heritage, and I made sure to indulge in local delicacies. The famous petha, a sweet made from ash gourd, is a must-try. I also enjoyed bedai with aloo sabzi for breakfast, a crispy fried bread served with spicy potato curry. Agra’s Mughlai cuisine was another highlight—rich curries, kebabs, and biryanis that were a treat for the taste buds. Day 5: Agra Fort and Local Bazaars The next stop was Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This massive red sandstone fort was a blend of military strength and architectural beauty. Walking through its grand halls and courtyards, I could imagine the grandeur of the Mughal era. Later, I explored the local bazaars in Agra, known for marble inlay work, carpets, and leather goods. The artisanship here is incredible, and it was fascinating to watch craftsmen at work. Day 6: Return to Delhi After an early morning drive, we returned to Delhi. The tour concluded with a timely drop-off, leaving me with countless memories of this incredible journey. Cultural Highlights of the Tour This tour was more than just sightseeing—it was a deep dive into India’s culture. From the grandeur of Jaipur’s palaces to the serenity of the Taj Mahal, each destination had a unique charm. Interacting with locals, experiencing traditional music and dance, and shopping in vibrant bazaars added a rich layer of cultural immersion. Food and Hospitality The food throughout the trip was unforgettable. Each city had its own culinary specialties, and every meal was a delight. The hospitality of the people, from the hotel staff to the guides, was heartwarming. Conclusion The 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour is perfect for anyone wanting to experience India’s history, culture, and cuisine in a short time. Nikita Holidays planned everything seamlessly, and the memories of this trip will stay with me forever. If you’re considering visiting India, this tour is a must!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi cost?
+
Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi take?
+
Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 6-Day Golden Triangle Tour to Jaipur and Agra from Delhi start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
