5 nights 6 days Abu Dhabi & Dubai holiday package

A good intro tour to Dubai

Manish was our tour guide for the first trip I ever took to Dubai. He was informative and very diligent, reaching out before the tour started and setting clear expectations throughout the trip. Our driver Balaveni greeted us at the airport with flowers and for the whole trip ensured we had smooth rides without abrupt stops or trouble. Airport transfers were included in our trip and both were very patient when our airline cancelled and rebooked us twice. They were not pushy with extra tours either, and gave us plenty of time for photos and shopping.

A nice tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi

The overall experience was good. Manesh, our guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and gave great insights about Dubai and Abu Dhabi and all of the sights we visited. I was very impressed by how much information he was able to remember about all of the buildings and when they were all built and how much they each cost. There were some inconsistencies with the tour company and our original itinerary that we had to resolve with him on the first day which was a bit annoying as we had made dinner reservations according to the original itinerary but they had moved things around, but it wasn’t a bit deal and it all worked out. I’d just recommend that you double check against your original itinerary to make sure you’re getting everything you originally booked and check the timing of everything as well. The drivers we had were also great and the cars were nice and clean and well air-conditioned. A couple of the photo stops, like the Ferrari theme park, or the mosque in Dubai, I could have done without, but all in all, I think it was a very good tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re very pleased to hear that your overall experience was good and that Manesh made such a positive impression with his knowledge and insights about Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the sights you visited. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him, as well as your compliments to our drivers and feedback about the vehicles. We sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies between the original itinerary and the adjusted schedule, especially since it affected your dinner reservations. Thank you again for choosing us and for your balanced and constructive review. We’re glad everything ultimately worked out and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

Overall great tour

Our personal tour guide, Maniche, was first-rate and very respectful and knowledgeable. The tour itself had a great itinerary, although one may want to revisit some of the places that are seen on the tour to spend more time there. The itinerary didn't follow the exact sequence as on the website (certain destinations were done on other days), but that's to be expected. I did have to "push" to go up the Burj Khalifah, which was odd, since it was on the itinerary, and I'm not sure that I would've seen it without pushing, but other than that, I thought the tour was excellent.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found Manish to be first-rate, respectful, and knowledgeable, and that you enjoyed the overall itinerary of the tour. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the flexibility of the daily sequence, as adjustments can occasionally be necessary to ensure the best possible experience. Your comment about wanting more time at certain locations is very valuable, and we’ll certainly take that into consideration. We do apologize for the confusion regarding the Burj Khalifa. Thank you again for your honest review and kind words. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.

Very good private service

Arabian Voyager put together my private itinerary and both Pranav (co-ordinateur) and Jay (driver) looked after me very attentively. They stayed with me during my whole stay and made sure that everything was going as scheduled. They were also very flexible and accommodated the extra things I wanted to include. They were very generous with their time and above all made sure I was having a good time.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you had such a great experience on your tour with us. It means the world to our team to know that our efforts made your trip special. We look forward to welcoming you again for another unforgettable adventure! Management & Team of Arabian Voyager DMCC
