    Sketchy

The atvs and trail and centote were trash I jumped in the cenote thinking it was safe and to my surprise I hit a rocky bottom and cut my foot and the impact hurt so bad not safe at all and my atv broke down in the first 5 seconds beware very sketchy … on a positive note the boat and snorkeling was fun

Response from the operator: We would really appreciate it if you post your review in the correct company, since what you wrote about the ATVs and the cenote does not correspond to the service that we handle as well. Firstly, the ATV fleet, they are 2022 models, they are barely 3 months old, and secondly, our Jaguar cenote has a depth of 15 meters, it is IMPOSSIBLE even if you would have jumped from a very high height and at the speed that would have worn and especially with VEST PUT ON YOU (because it is forbidden to go into a cenote without a vest for the same reason because of the depth) ..... you do not touch or would have touched bottom. It is a pity that I have to explain to our future clients what we do have in our company and that you, due to a bad experience with ANTHER SIMILAR COMPANY, are giving us a bad review when you have never, xperienced our service. One more detail, when someone for some reason has an accident like you had to cut yourself, it is the responsibility of everyone in the park to give attention and you have to sign the document that they were treated either in the park by the first Aid team. or you were transferred to the nearest clinic for evaluation and we have no record of you. Miss Brandy C ( as you called yourself on tripadvisor )

    Long Wait Times

    1. Unable to do snorkeling due to the port being closed. Did speedboat within the lagoon instead. Really fun. Then waited an hour for transportation to the next site. Once picked up we drove around another hour picking up people at various hotels. Then it’s 40 minutes to the ATV location. We wait another hour to get checked in. The ATV location appeared disorganized as other groups were waiting to start as well. Bring your own water and snacks because after the excursions over you then wait another hour to eat chicken tacos. An activity that should take 4 hours took the entire day. Didn’t get home till 6:30 pm and we started at 8 am. I would have rather stood at my resort and drank all day.

Response from the operator: We thank you for your kind comment, this is a share tour is not a private tour, they are other pick us to be done,And we have to wait in the same way that perhaps we will wait for you and it is out of courtesy. Everything has a time to be done, and definitely the activity of the jungle ,we have to travel to take it to the route of the cenotes, We are sorry that the wait for you was not to your liking.

    Dishonest people/ Stole our money

This got to be the most disorganized experience ever. They picked us up at the hotel and got to the duck for the speedboat, paid an extra $20 for the boat and of course they don't take cards ( cash only) went to the ATM and took out $60. We had to wait at least 30 mins to start the activities and another hour for them to pick us up for the next destination. Finally did snorkeling which wasn't too bad, my experience from there was a disaster. When we got back to the boat to pick up our stuff, one of the crew members went into our belongings and stole $40. We reported it to the staff who mentioned that we can't get a refund instead we would have pictures sent to us and till this day, we never received anything. Waited another hour to do the ATV, another hour for the ziplining. All in all, it was unprofessional and disorganized and not worth the money. Spent 7 hours when all this could have been done in 2 hours. Save your money and book elsewhere.

5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim cost?

    +

Prices start at $120 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 42 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.1/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 5-in-1 Adventure in Cancun: ATVs, Ziplines, Speed Boat, Snorkel and Cenote Swim start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
