    About this experience

The experience of touring the island of Santorini is not just a simple travel service. There are many factors that may have unexpected influence to your mood or program if you don't know how to face up all those circumstances. 1) Our minivan and transport vehicles are surely the most newly and luxury in the island! 2) Santorini island is full of travelers, travel vehicles and more for specific times during the day. An experienced and local driver knows how to avoid the big traffic on those times in order to offer accuracy to your tour! I'm one of those! 3) An English fluent speaking driver 4) Low cost, Civil liability insurance and safety

    Great way to see Santorini

Our guide and driver was wonderful. We were able to see so much of the island. The best part was that we were able to adjust the itinerary to make the most of our time.

    Rude and pompous guide

Panos was rude to me and my family. He was pompous and kept speaking very badly about the locals the entire 5 hours saying they were idiots and stupid etc. At the end he rudely asked for a tip. I am advising all our friends to not use this service.

    Great day on Santorini!

Pannos is an excellent tour guide! He knows everyone and all the best secret picture spots. He casually strolls around Santorini, avoiding the crowds and finding all the best spots. He is friendly and knowledgeable, his love for his country shining through. The tour is tailor made for what you want to see. It was a GREAT DAY!!!!

Awesome opportunity when you only have a few hours

Great opportunity to see as much as possible when you don’t have a ton of time on the island. Highly recommend!

Private tour customized for your liking

I can’t say enough good things about this tour and our driver Panagiotis. We had the misfortune of delayed flights/missed connections and arrived late in to santorini. But the tour was more than accommodating with us and we’re able to delay the start time. Panagiotis tailored the tour to what we wanted to see given the little time we had, was super knowledgeable about the island and made recommendations on a delicious dinner off the beaten path that would not cost the insane prices typical found in the restaurants in Oía village. The sprinter van he picked us up in was a gorgeous, and spacious. They were able to provide us with a car seat for our 19 month old and unlike those large bus tours. He was willing to stop anywhere you wanted whether it was to use the bathroom or get a drink. Would definitely do again!

5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.

How much does 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip cost?

    +

Prices start at $290 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.

Is 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 26 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 5 Hours Santorini Sightseeing Roundtrip start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

    +

On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Santorini?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santorini?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
