My India visit
appreciate the fact that Joyful Holidays and in particular Miss Sonya Handa has put a lot of thought into planning this trip along with providing an air conditioned car a driver and tour guides The driver Mr. Shahid Khan was very helpful and drove in a safe manner in the congested traffic The highlights of the trip for me was visiting Taj Mahal in Agra and the maharaja palace in Jaipur. You will never be able to appreciate Taj Mahal until you see it in person and that to me was worth every penny I spent If you are planning a trip to India forget about all tour companies be it in the US or in India and talk to Sonia and her team as sh will bend backwards to get you a well planned trip
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your heartfelt experience with Joyful Holidays. We are delighted to know that Ms. Sonya Handa’s thoughtful planning, along with the comfort of an air-conditioned car, dedicated driver, and knowledgeable guides, made your journey smooth and memorable. We are grateful for your kind words about Mr. Shahid Khan — his safe driving and helpful nature are qualities we value deeply, especially in India’s bustling traffic. It’s wonderful to hear that the Taj Mahal and the Maharaja Palace in Jaipur stood out as highlights, leaving lasting impressions. Indeed, the Taj Mahal must be seen in person to truly appreciate its beauty, and we are glad it was worth every moment for you. Your strong recommendation and trust in Sonya and our team mean the world to us. We remain committed to bending backwards to ensure every guest enjoys a well-planned, secure, and enriching journey through India. With gratitude, Sonia Handa

Golden Triangle Tour
The tour organized by Joyful Holidays was exceptional. Sonia was incredibly accommodating with changes and put together a wonderful itinerary for my mother and me during our visit to Jaipur and Agra. The hotel in Jaipur was beautifully and tastefully chosen—an old haveli converted into a hotel, and the perfect place to begin our journey. A special mention goes to our driver, Raju, who was always willing to go the extra mile and drive us wherever we needed, as well as our knowledgeable guides in both Jaipur and Agra, who truly enhanced the experience. There is still so much more to see in Rajasthan, and when I return, I will definitely be reaching out to Joyful Holidays again.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with Joyful Holidays. I am delighted to know that the itinerary I designed for you and your mother brought joy and comfort throughout your journey in Jaipur and Agra. It makes me especially happy that the haveli hotel in Jaipur provided such a beautiful and authentic beginning to your travels. Your kind words about Mr. Raju mean a great deal — his willingness to go the extra mile and his attentive care are qualities I value deeply. I am equally proud of our knowledgeable guides, whose insights helped enrich your time in both cities. It brings me joy to know that Rajasthan has inspired you to return, and I will be honored to assist you again in creating another memorable journey when the time comes. With gratitude, Sonia Handa

Average experience. Could have been better.
Let me start by saying that Sonia was communicative and nice from the very beginning. Being a history buff, I was super excited for this trip. The guides were rushing and sometimes not informative enough. It felt like they had a script crammed up and anything outside of that they didn’t know. It also felt that they wanted to get through the places as quickly as possible so they can leave. Our hotel in Delhi was not good. Unsure how it was rated 4 star. Driver Pooran Singh on day 1 was nice but then he had to leave for some family matter which is obviously understandable. The thing that ruined our experience day 2 onwards was the new driver. Tara Chand wasn’t a safe driver and not professional at all - 1. Opened his door while driving to spit out tobacco countless times 2. Used his phone while driving. Literally had so many phone calls. 3. when on phone while driving, he was very loud and obnoxious 4. I asked him to turn on the AC multiple times but he would turn on for a few minutes and turned off. That was the thing that pissed me off the most. 5. kept all the windows a bit down to avoid turning on the AC even when the air outside was very polluted and many times smelled. 6. The last two days he kept bugging me to write ‘5 star’ review for him. He nagged me at least 10-15 times. 7. On day 4, when I was late by 15 minutes while finishing breakfast, he literally got angry at me I ignored all his behaviour because I didn’t want to ruin the rest of the trip.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. I truly appreciate your kind words about my communication and the helpfulness of our driver, Pooran Singh on the first day. I am, however, very sorry to learn that aspects of your trip did not meet expectations. We take your concerns seriously Warm regards, Sonia Handa

Golden triangle solo tour
My lovely driver Shiv was brilliant and careful and cautious and really helpful and informative. Also my guides were excellent and looked after me really well. They were all brilliant at their jobs and were really cheerful and helpful. The tours were first class and I felt like a VIP throughout. I was unlucky enough to arrive two days late for my tour but Sonia was able to re-arrange it so I did not miss out. I was able to see the main architectural highlights and also experience the crafts and culture and the way of life of the people in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and I have countless incredible photos as a souvenir of a wonderful trip.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your heartfelt experience of your first trip to India with Joyful Holidays. I am delighted to know that Mr. Shiv’s careful driving, attentiveness, and cheerful nature made you feel safe and supported throughout your journey. His dedication and kindness are qualities we deeply value. I am equally grateful for your appreciation of our guides, whose knowledge, friendliness, and care ensured you felt looked after at every step. It brings me joy to hear that the tours felt first class and that you enjoyed exploring Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur — from architectural highlights to crafts, culture, and everyday life. I am glad that despite arriving late, we could rearrange your itinerary so you did not miss out on the treasures of India. Your countless photos and memories are a testament to a truly wonderful trip, and your recommendation inspires me greatly. With gratitude, Sonia Handa

Amazing India !
Booking process with Ms Sonia, was a dream. Very easy to deal with and good communication. Upon arriving in New Delhi, we were contacted and greeted by our fantastic driver Rampal. Not only was he a very skilful and professional driver, navigating the chaotic streets with calm and ease, but he was also so very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about his country. We had a wonderful 5 days being driven by and learning from Rampal who always made us feel comfortable, safe, and most welcome! Our first day in New Delhi was amazing. We were blown away by all the new sights, sounds, and smells! It is a very impressive city that we were glad to have explored. The rickshaw ride through Old Delhi was a highlight of the day and an experience we will never forget. Our tour guide Sunny was so helpful and informative. He knew so much history and information about each location and really helped us understand this new country, giving us excellent advice, tips, and recommendations that served us very well for the rest of the trip! Onward to the breathtaking Agra, which was truly the experience of a lifetime. The majesty of the Taj Mahal by sunrise can not be sufficiently expressed in words and the Red Fort was a jaw dropping, eye opening wonder that has us in awe around every turn!! Our tour guide in Agra was Vijay who was so passionate about this city and the locations he took us to. He was a wealth of knowledge and really helped us to understand the depth of history in this incredible city. He also led us safely around the very crowded locations and took many exceptional photographs of us, leaving us with some outstanding tangible memories of this mesmerising city. The hotel in Agra was lovely and comfortable and breakfast was delicious!! On the way to our next stop, we stopped at the epic Fatehpur Sikri which was surprising in its impressive scale, history and beauty. Our charming guide Bunty took us around this striking moment, giving us rich historical details and sharing a joke or two! It was wonderful addition to our journey. Our next stop was Ranthambore and despite arriving quite late, the hotel staff were very accommodating and the hotel itself was just gorgeous! Our tiger safari was early the next morning, and whilst we didn't see any tigers, we saw an abundance of other delightful animals in the lush jungle, and many interesting and unexpected sights on our way there and back through the town. Our guide and driver did their very best to make this lovely experience a memorable one. Our final destination of the tour was the spectacular Jaipur. After a small glitch with the accommodation booking, that was quickly remedied, our hotel was wonderful and welcome. The next day we spent sightseeing in Jaipur and was one of the most awe-inspiring of our lives! There is just so much to take in, from the astounding forts and palaces, the mind blowing observatory, to the resplendent Pink City, the sumptuous palace museum, and even to the bustling streets of the city itself! Everything about this stop was fascinating and fantastic! Our guide Rajesh truly helped us to get the most out of this day. He had such a great understanding of the city and it's history, was able to clearly explain to us every aspect of each location and did so with such depth and joy that we couldn't help but be captivated at every turn! Jaipur really was a fabulous way to end what had been a truly magical and memorable holiday! At each of the locations, there are stops to various factories and workshops that give a bit of insight into how the iconic crafts of India are created. Whilst it is very clearly an opportunity to sell these items, it is also incredibly interesting and, for the most part, time we found well spent. We were also met at almost all of the locations by local people, either selling their wares or asking for money. At times this was a little confronting and whilst it didn't sour our experience at all, it is something I recommended anyone taking this trip needs to prepare themselves for. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this trip to anyone who is limited for time and wants to explore a little of this extraordinary country!!
Response from the operator: Dear Daniel, Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and detailed review! We're absolutely delighted that your journey through India was filled with unforgettable moments, and that Sonia and the Joyful Holidays team helped make everything seamless from start to finish. Rampal will be thrilled to hear how much you appreciated his professionalism, warmth, and knowledge—he truly embodies the spirit of Indian hospitality. It’s wonderful that Sunny, Vijay, Bunty, and Rajesh enriched your experience with their passion and insights, helping you connect deeply with each destination. From the rickshaw ride in Old Delhi to the sunrise at the Taj Mahal, the lush landscapes of Ranthambore, and the vibrant energy of Jaipur, your journey sounds magical. We also appreciate your thoughtful reflections on the craft stops and local interactions—your perspective is invaluable for future travelers. Thank you again for choosing Joyful Holidays and for sharing your experience with such heart. We’d be honored to welcome you back for another adventure in this extraordinary country. Ms. Sonia Handa

Why this scores 73
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour take?
+
Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 40 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour-Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
