No Compassion and Overly Expensive. Book your tour elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

I booked my one day Iguazu trip with this company and it was nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. Not only did I find out after the fact that they had over charged me for this trip, but they also had no compassion when I fell sick and was throwing up the morning of my trip. All they said was I'm sorry, we cannot modify your trip and no monies would be reimbursed. I asked to go another day and they said I would have to pay the full amount again. This was mainly a service and not an actual product I purchased. Having worked as a senior level manager in a Fortune 500 company for many years, I know there are many ways to handle and satisfy a client and that exceptions can always be made. Never will I ever use this company again in the future. They have lost my business along with many of the people that I recommend things to in my travel network.

Response from the operator: Hello TrekBroker, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Say Hueque, we always aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible. However, in cases where cancellations are made outside the scope of our policies, especially at the last minute it’s not always possible to reschedule or offer a refund, as many of the services involved are non-refundable on our end too. Regarding the pricing, we ensure our packages reflect the standard rates for this type of experience, this package is in line with market prices. We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue working to offer the best possible service. Kind regards

Both Sides Now!

This trip was a once in a lifetime....one of the best trips I have ever taken and I have been from the Arctic Circle to Africa to Antarctica!! Iguazu Falls was INCREDIBLE...and so was Luna, who arranged our custom tour. We wanted to see both sides of the falls (and were SO glad we did...if you are only to go one time in your life PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do both ...we also did the river trip on both sides and both were totally different and amazing!!). Luna did everything we asked including booking our flights from two different airports. We arrived in EZE from the US and went on to Iguazu from EZE . But we returned to AEP. She customized our entire trip. And it was all very reasonably priced!

Response from the operator: Hi Maplelici Thank you very much for taking the time for sharing your experience with us. As you say, both sides of the falls are really amazing and visiting both is a plus to know this magnificent place in the world. It is our main goal to give our passengers memorable trips and we are really glad to know we achieved it! We hope to see you again in Argentina! Best regards Ayelen

Must see Iguazú Falls

Everything was well organized and went according to plan. There was a workers strike going on when we arrived at the airport which concerned us about being able to connect with our guide bit had our problems. They had it all worked out. Our agent was extremely helpful and responsive. Had a wonderful time. Iguazú Falls is a must see with Say Hueque.

Response from the operator: Michael, The waterfalls are one of the best places to visit in the world for sure. That is good to know that despite of the strike you had no problems to connect with your guide. Thanks to mention that our team is working responsibly and everything went well.

5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Buenos Aires.

How much does 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires cost?

+

Prices start at $775 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Buenos Aires usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires take?

+

Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Buenos Aires is not rushed.

Is 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 27 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable nightlife in Buenos Aires, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires?

+

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Buenos Aires can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Buenos Aires and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 5-Day Tour to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Buenos Aires within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Buenos Aires?

+

On Outty we rank every Buenos Aires experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Argentine Cooking, Wine & Beef Tasting at Argentine Experience, Historical Sherpa Food Tour of San Telmo with Street Food, Drinks, Cooking Class with Empanadas Steak & Flan by Argentine Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Buenos Aires?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Buenos Aires?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
