Our 5-day experience in Jordan was simply wonderful and we want to thank the entire Tour Experts team from the bottom of our hearts for having organized such a special trip for us. From the first moment until the last day, everything was perfectly organized. Jordan is an incredible country, full of history, impressive landscapes, culture, hospitality, and places that truly leave a mark. Being able to get to know it during these five days was an experience that we will remember for a long time. We want to give a very special thank you to Tour Experts for the excellent organization. Everything was very easy and comfortable for us. The itinerary was very well prepared and allowed us to enjoy different places without feeling like we had to worry about the details. The communication and attention during the trip made us feel at all times that we were in good hands. But, without a doubt, one of the great stars of our trip was our driver, Adnan. Adnan made our tour even more special. From the first day, he was punctual, kind, professional, and always willing to help us. He welcomed us with an excellent attitude, and throughout the five days, he always maintained the same kindness and patience. More than a driver, Adnan was a person who made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. The journeys were calm and pleasant, and we always felt safe with him behind the wheel. Furthermore, he knew the routes and the different places we visited very well, and he was always willing to share recommendations and help us when we needed it. We greatly appreciated his attention to the small details. He was always mindful that we were comfortable, that we had enough time to enjoy each place, and that everything was going well. He never made us feel rushed and always had a very positive attitude. During these five days, we were able to discover the incredible diversity of Jordan. Each place had something different to offer, and a new experience awaited us each day. From the history and architecture to the natural landscapes and local culture, everything surprised us. One of the aspects we valued most was being able to enjoy the trip without having to worry about the logistics. After a day of sightseeing and excursions, it was very pleasant to know that we had Adnan waiting for us and that we could continue our tour comfortably. We also want to highlight his personal touch. He was always respectful, attentive, and approachable, and little by little we felt that we were not simply traveling with a driver, but accompanied by someone who really wanted us to enjoy our stay in Jordan. The five days went by too quickly. We are leaving Jordan with many photographs, incredible experiences, and memories that we will surely share for many years. Without a doubt, the good organization of Tour Experts and the excellent service of Adnan contributed enormously to making our trip so special. The local travel company does a poor job letting you know about the itinerary, pick up times, hotel reservations and meeting points.. Also, hotels are the worst I’ve been to in my life

Response from the operator: Hi Christina i think if we posted your chat and booking with us, everyone will know you tried to do 7 days - 6 nights tour for the same price of 5 days - 4 nights tour, you had 7 days in Jordan and kept telling that the tour must be booked based on your flight not on the tour you booked, and for hotels we use it's the best in Jordan and have the higher rating, and to confirm the idea of this review was just because your scam didn't work, witch meetings point you mean, because everyday the driver meet you at hotel, for pickup times it was arranged by our team daily basis and confirmed with driver, hotels names was added to your booking from the first day you booked. unfortunately it's not possible to add screenshots for the chat between our team and you here, otherwise we glad to added it and show how rude you was and how you try to do the scam
