    Amazing Safaris Experience

We had an unforgettable time during our trip to Uganda, and I wanted to take a moment to thank the Travel Agent Jesse Tomas for his outstanding support. His suggestions were invaluable in helping us make the most of our experience. We truly appreciate how he took the time to verify and recommend options that perfectly suited our needs and also with flexibility. Another special shout-out to our safari guide, Siragi. He was absolutely fantastic! He arranged the best timings for capturing wild animal moments, and his expertise really enhanced our safari experience. We also had some incredible interactions with the baboons and the local community, which made the trip even more special. Siragi’s passion and knowledge truly made this an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommend this experience to anyone planning a safari in Uganda!

Lifetime Experience an à la carte experience that lives up to its name 🤗

Good morning, I am writing this comment in French because few French speakers choose Uganda to discover East Africa and it is a shame because this country, through its inhabitants, its culture, its state of mind and especially its landscapes is an incredible country! My partner and I left for a 6-day trip to Uganda. The goal was to meet the gorillas in their natural habitat. Life Time Experience allowed us to create a tailor-made trip. Our MOSES Guide is someone professional, prudent, friendly, generous and who knows how to answer all the questions that tourists ask about the country and the culture of Ugandans. I think if I had the choice between 50 guides I would have chosen MOSES! Our guide was the essential link between our vision of things and the reality of the country. He answers all your questions without taboo and his good humor guarantees you a UNIQUE stay. He loves his job and it shows. You will only be able to confirm my words when you meet him! I 100% recommend this organization for exploring this wonderful country that is UGANDA. Amaury

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 5-Day Bwindi Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking Safari in Uganda?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kampala can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kampala and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 5-Day Bwindi Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking Safari in Uganda start and how do I get there?

    +

What are the best things to do in Kampala?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kampala experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kampala Heart of Walking Adventure, Half day Kampala City Motor Bike Tours, Full Day Whitewater Rafting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kampala?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kampala?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
