My experience with this agency, TRAVELSUM CHILE, THROUGH Get your guide, terrible, a scam
The advice is not to book under any circumstances with TRAVELSUM, if you see that it is the provider, cancel immediately. He is a swindler, who offers five tours that are actually 4 and when it comes time to face the music, he says to contact get your guide. Unprofessional, very expensive, a liar, etc. etc.

It was a great paced tour...
It was a great paced tour that covered just about everything that I wanted to experience in Atamaca. All of the guides were very knowledgeable and personable.

Terrible.
Terrible experience. The agency does not have a physical provider in San Pedro, only accessible by WhatsApp. The tour is carried out by another local agency, Pukarumi. We couldn’t make our tour and lost a day due to the lack of pertinent and timely information from this supplier, we finally scheduled with another agency in San Pedro. I recommend scheduling with those who if they have a presence in San Pedro, it is cheaper and have personalized attention.

Dazzling landscapes in the Desert
Some incredible days in the desert, it was a wonderful experience to get to know San Pedro de Atacama. The 4 tours were very good and unmissable, which gives you a complete vision of this experience. It also includes breakfast in the desert and cocktail which makes it simply fantastic.

+

That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Pedro de Atacama, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Pedro de Atacama can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit San Pedro de Atacama?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in San Pedro de Atacama?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
