This is an amazing adventure! From the first minute you will feel taken care of personally. Everything you want to see is on this tour. They are flexible and very thorough. The guides, especially Mahmoud, are extremely knowledgeable. They take of every detail.

The ultimate travel agency with Mr Amr
We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen mr aamr for our excursion. This is a dream cruise. Thanks to him we had very good times, of a high quality that exceeded our expectations, in addition we were very well accompanied. He chose us a very kind and attentive guide and especially punctual. Ahmed the guide even woke us up to remind us of the excursion schedule, he was not materialistic at all and they even went for walks with us without compensation. In short I highly recommend and I will give more than 5 stars if it existed. At the same time we would like to thank me and my wife, Mr Amr, for his sincerity and his offers which were really real, and at no time were we fooled, everything was perfect, the restaurant, comfort, staff, efficiency, transport, we were able to accomplish all the visits and a big thank you to our dear Ahmed guide, Dima Maghrib.

Great Time in Egypt!
My favorite party was the cruise down the Nile... but truthfully, there were so many aspects of the trip to Egypt that on any given day my memories will lift a different aspect as the favorite. our tour guide Ahmed was incredible.. absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable: i was stunned by his depth of knowledge. ***My trip was actually in August of 2019, but I had to choose one of the dates shows in the selection box to post my review****

Ahmed was a superb private guide who showed me all the secrets of the Nile. From Luxor to Aswan there is so much off the beaten track to see if you are in the hands of an expert !

EgyptLovelyTours is terrible
This was an awful experience but so grateful to the guide I was allocated, Sameh, who went out of his way to improve my trip. A person called Amr contacted me before my trip and didn’t know I was going from Aswan to Luxor, he thought I was going from Luxor to Aswan. He was still unable to give me a clear itinerary or start time. After a lot of chasing, I was picked up from my hotel in Aswan 90 minutes later than he said I would be. Then Amr asked me to cancel my booking with Viator, get a refund and pay him cash - extremely unprofessional and dodgy, I refused! When I reached my boat later that day, it was nothing like the pictures in Viator (showing a boat called Esmeralda) nor was it of a similar standard. The room was small, with lots of dust on the carpet and a very basic bathroom. The boat was very dated. I didn’t even feel I could walk without my slippers. I contacted Amr again, who put me through to Ahmed. He informed me that there was no alternative boat and I could continue on this one or cancel my whole trip and sort myself out. Obviously, it was too late to find something so we agreed on a 20% discount but to get this, he cancelled my Viator trip which resulted in a refund and asked me to pay him directly - no doubt, this meant he wouldn’t have to pay any commission to Viator. Then, somebody called Yasir contacted me to say none of the listed Day 4 trips were included and I’d have to pay extra! After I sent him the screenshot of the original programme which had been agreed with Ahmed, he stopped harassing me! The sites were extremely enjoyable to visit but do not book anything with this company via Viator and ask what boat you’ll be on, then check the pics on Google first!
