Excellent Rajasthan Tour – Wonderful Experience with Shyam Bhatt and Prime India Travel
We recently completed a wonderful round trip covering New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Pushkar, and it was truly a memorable and enjoyable experience for our family. A special mention has to go to Shyamji, our driver, who made the entire journey so comfortable and stress-free. From the beginning to the end of the trip, he was extremely cooperative, polite, helpful and professional. He was always punctual, patient and willing to help whenever needed. One of the things we particularly appreciated was Shyamji’s excellent communication in English. He explained everything very clearly, including the places we visited, the history and important details along the way. We never faced any language or communication issues at any point during the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Travelling with family over several days and covering multiple cities can sometimes be tiring, especially with some long journeys, but Shyamji made everything very comfortable. He drove safely and smoothly, was always accommodating to our requests, and was happy to adjust things whenever required. His suggestions and local knowledge were also very helpful throughout the journey. The tour itself was fantastic. We experienced the history and culture of Delhi and Agra, the royal heritage of Jaipur, the beautiful lakes and scenery of Udaipur, and the unique atmosphere of Pushkar. Every destination was different, and the overall journey was a great combination of sightseeing, culture, history and relaxation. We would also like to sincerely thank Prime India Tours for organising the tour so well. A special thanks to Mr. Zain, the manager, for his coordination and support throughout the trip. The arrangements and communication were handled very well, and we felt that the team genuinely cared about making our journey comfortable and enjoyable. What really made the trip special was having Shyamji with us throughout. His friendly nature, patience, professionalism, excellent English communication and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend Prime India Tours and Shyamji to anyone planning a multi-city tour of Rajasthan and North India. If you are looking for a reliable tour company and a safe, knowledgeable, polite and genuinely helpful driver who communicates very well in English, I would definitely recommend them. Golden Triangle and Udaipur Trip
We recently used Prime India Travel for our family trip to India, and it was truly an outstanding experience. Although my husband and I have been to India many times, this was our first trip as tourists with our daughters and my mother, visiting the Golden Triangle and Udaipur. Planning felt overwhelming from figuring out where to stay, how to get around, traffic, guides, tickets, and more. Hiring Zainul, the owner and operator of Prime India Travel, and his team made all the difference. From the very beginning, Zainul was responsive, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. He guided us in selecting the ideal vehicle for our group—a spacious, comfortable van with excellent amenities. He even met us at our hotel on the first day to personally introduce us to our driver, Surya Ji, which immediately showed his professionalism and care. Surya Ji drove us for the first half of our trip and took exceptional care of our family. For the second half, Zainul himself stepped in as our driver, making the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Throughout the trip, everything was seamless. We simply shared what we wanted to do, and they handled the rest including timing our visits perfectly, arranging excellent English-speaking guides, coordinating logistics, recommending great restaurants, and even securing tickets for experiences. Zainul and his team are clearly experienced and very well-connected. They took all the stress out of planning and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. Every detail was handled with care, from morning through the end of each day. By the end of our trip, Zainul and Surya Ji had made such a lasting impression on our family that what began as a service truly turned into a friendship. The agency provided a boutique service that delivered seamless transport, coordination and concierge services throughout.
