Classic 4day Camino Inka-Inka Trail to Machu Pichu
This was an amazing experience hiking 4day Camino Inka - Inka Trail. It was not an easy hike, but every step was worth of effort with the beautiful scenery and rich Inka history. We were really happy with the Valencia Travel! Our guide Luis and his team were just unbelievable! Luis was so great and helpful at every step of the trail. He figured out the best pace for us and knew exactly when was the right time to take a break. He is very knowledgeable of Inka history and we loved how he spoke about his Inka people. It seemed to us that he really enjoyed and loves the job he is doing. His team, porters and cook were great. With all of them we felt like family. We specially want to mention our amazing chef Gregorio who made every meal so tasty and well balanced. Luis and his team are just amazing and I feel like 5 stars is not enough. They deserve Michelin star!
Response from the operator: We are delighted to know that your 4-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu was an amazing and rewarding experience, even with the physical challenge of the hike. It is especially meaningful to hear how much you appreciated Luis, his support, knowledge, and ability to guide the trail at the right pace for you. We are also very happy that the porters, the team, and especially Chef Gregorio made you feel so well cared for along the way. We will be pleased to share your kind words with Luis, Gregorio, and the entire team. Thank you for choosing Valencia Travel for such a special journey.

Amazing experience!!!!!~~!
Oh my goodness, I had an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we booked the trip with Aracely, we were greeted by our super friendly and knowledgeable guide, Carlos Caceres. This camping trip is a must-do if you’re looking for a hassle-free way to explore real villages away from the crowds. The camping equipment they provided was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every day was a different dish, and I couldn’t believe how well they cook in the wild. A huge shoutout to Gregorio, our cook, the porteros, Carmelo, Valentin and Fausto for their hard work and dedication. Carlos Caceres was an absolute gem as our guide. He allowed us to move at our own pace, especially after climbing 4000 meters, and was always prepared for any emergency. His knowledge of the region’s flora and fauna was truly impressive, and he always gave us a full explanation of everything we saw. And let’s not forget his cultural and historical insights in Machu Picchu! It was truly awe-inspiring. Overall, our expectations were far exceeded, and we had an amazing time. If you’re planning your next adventure, I highly recommend Carlos for your guide. You won’t be disappointed!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your amazing experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that Aracely made your booking process smooth and easy. A special thank you for recognizing Carlos, your main guide, for his knowledge, support, and dedication throughout the adventure. We also appreciate your kind words for Gregorio, Carmelo, Valentin, and Fausto for their hard work in making your trip so memorable. We wish you all the best on your future travels.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service cost?
+
Prices start at $1,309 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4 Day Lares Trek To Machu Picchu - Private Service start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
