Harbin Travel Experience is Great
We were a group of 15 Australians , Alma looked after us for 4 days, she is fantastic. We enjoyed every minute with her and felt we had made a life long friend by the end. She is energetic, funny and knowledgeable. If you are lucky enough to book her , you won’t be disappointed .
Response from the operator: Thank for your review, Harbin Private Tour Guide,Alma, She has a good job in Harbin, part-time for Harbin english-speaking tour guide, most of Harbin local tour guide are part-time, because Harbin tourist is very seasonal, only winter, work for 2 months, after no job, so Harbin local English-speaking tour guide cannot live on by 2 months work earn, must have others job.

Day and Night Tour of Harbin's Snow & Ice Festival.
If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, responsive, accommodating, caring and helpful Harbin Private Guide, Samantha should be your choice. We have travelled many places with private guides...Samantha is the best guide we have had. She treats you not as a private guide but as a family member showing you the best of Harbin..experiencing its food and culture. Your experience starts the moment she picks you up at the Harbin airport and ends when she escorts you to the Security point.
Response from the operator: Mel & Irene, I glad to know that you arrived safe, and I also spent happy time with your couple in Harbin, and also during you were in Harbin I ate too much every day with local delicious food, you choice me directly to be your Harbin Private Tour Guide, half year before, and you also paid all payment to me directly when you were in your country, you total 100% trust me, and our quotation for your Harbin one week trip, you have not asked any discount from me, so you have to deserve good car, good service and good food. You showed me that you understand travel to cold city, working suffering need to pay happy and reasonable price for car with driver, guide service. Thank you for your 100% trust, and took my service in Harbin again. Hope I can see you again in Hawii or China. Take care, miss you Samantha

Great fun - Harbin in Winter
I had 3 (and a bit) days in Harbin over the Winter period and Samantha really helped me make the most of it. Despite the relatively short time period I was able to see everything I wanted and more thanks to her itinerary arrangements. In addition to her planning/knowledge she is also incredibly friendly and has a great sense of humour. Due to the cold weather I often wanted a cup of coffee to warm up and we would chat like old friends as Samantha's English is great. Due to my budget we opted to use the Bus to get around most of the time and she would investigate the best routes to get to places which made it a really convenient way to get around. She really looks out for her clients. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely chose to travel with her as my guide if I ever return!
Response from the operator: Jack, Thanks for your kindly review, Now Harbin is changing every day, especially Ice and Snow Festival, Ice and Snow World is bigger then you come time, and some other ice and snow entertainment place open some, hope you will come again, and we can go to Hei hei for arctic pole together.

+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Harbin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4-Day Harbin City Private Tour with Ice and Snow Festival with Lunch?
+

How far in advance should I book 4-Day Harbin City Private Tour with Ice and Snow Festival with Lunch?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Harbin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Harbin and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Harbin?
+
On Outty we rank every Harbin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2-Day Harbin City Private Tour in Your Way in Winter Season, 2-Day Group City Tour Package with Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, 1-Day Harbin Private Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Harbin?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Harbin?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
