    Cenote Wonderland

Loved the first three cenotes and the group of people I was traveling with. The fourth Cenote and the lunch were below average. The driver was a very nice kind man but I don't even know his name as he never introduced himself. There was no welcome to the tour greeting. And no information given on the area or the Cenotes. I give this four star for the first three cenotes which were magnificent. This tour was about $40 more than the other Cenote tour on offer. I chose this one because I thought I would be getting something more, but I'm not sure I did. Don't get me wrong the cenotes are fantastic to visit. There's just room for improvement especially with the food. Please note that it's a very long day before you eat so bring snacks. And some of the cenotes require you to climb down stairs. It's manageable but be prepared with proper footwear.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the detailed review, we'll take notes on the food recommendations The guide and driver did introduced themselfs as it is common practice, the guide also gave a welcome greet once all travelers were on board. We don't understand why you didn't notice We appreciate the recommendations, we'll keep improving to provide quality experiences for our travelers

    So relaxing

As promised, Mauricio led us on a full day tour of 4 cenotes. After visiting two cenotes earlier in the week, I was wondering if I should skip out on this excursion. I'm glad I didn't. We visited the full gamut of cenotes... Covered, partially covered and fully open. Each was unique and fun. We spent the right amount of time at each one. After a full day of swimming, we had a satisfying late lunch featuring Yucatecan specialties.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed review! We try our best to find the perfect times for each place and the best cenotes to visit. Nature is unique, each cenote has something special We hope to welcome you again soon

How much does 4 Cenotes Full Day Tour from Merida cost?

    +

How long does 4 Cenotes Full Day Tour from Merida take?

Is 4 Cenotes Full Day Tour from Merida worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Merida, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

    +

Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Merida?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Merida?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
