3D/2N Sapa trekking, cable car and Fansipan
Da our guide was terrific, kind friendly and knowledgeable. The trek was amazing we saw villages and the country side. Our day at Fansipan was raining and windy which clouded our views but it was still an amazing experience. The views from the cable cars were magnificent. Highly recommend doing this

Terrible Service
No one picked me up at my hotel at the scheduled time. They screwed up. Then they put me on a bus and told me I would have to find a way to my hotel. Unacceptable since I wouldn’t arrive until midnight. Then they said they would put me in another hotel. I went to that hotel at midnight. And there was no registration for me. Totally incompetent and unacceptable service. No response from the agency. Don’t use them.

Excellent guide
Tour guide was excellent he had super English and we really enjoyed our trek with him! He gladly tailored the trek to our wants and needs and we felt we really got to experience what life is like in Sapa! Pick up and transfer was very comfortable and timely! But accommodation was not as advertised! Our hotel was changed due to renovations in the other location and did not meet our expectations based on photos of accommodation shown when purchasing tour!

Worth a visit but maybe 2 days is enough
Hotel nice and simple Included food really good Tour guide was great Day 2 was more like a half day. Either condense the trip or add something or appreciate the half day itinerary Shuttle a bit of a joke. 30 late on day 1. An hour late on day 3. This could be better. I would personally skip cat cat and do more of a rural trek instead

We would condense the trip for 2 day only then a free and easy on the last day for self-discovery Sapa. But sometimes, it also depends on the nationality of customers we would see how is the best for them. For the late pick up as the traffic in Hanoi is unpredictable. Or from the customers who we pick up before of you, they are often late get up then the next pick up would be late for this reason. The last day late pick up is the same with many travelers go somewhere else or not ready after the trip then when our Limousine come for pick up, most of them late for the pick up then the others would be late as well. For these reasons, we think that we would call them tobe ready first or sms them ready for the pick up time. So that, the others would not be late. And highly appreciated your opinions about the trip quality. We would retrain our staffs from now.

Overall the program is satisfactory. We enjoyed the visit to Cat Cat Village and Fansipan Peak. The meals provided are good and the accommodation is satisfactory.
