An Unforgettable Experience – Highly Recommended!
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Ha Giang Top Travel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. What truly stood out was the level of care we received even before making our booking. From the very beginning, the agent who handled our emails and WhatsApp messages, And, was incredibly responsive, patient, and kind. I asked many questions, and every single time he answered in detail, with genuine patience and a willingness to help. He provided clear information, added helpful suggestions, and always made sure we felt confident and comfortable. His service was exceptional from the very first interaction, long before we even arrived. From the moment we reached Ha Giang, everything continued seamlessly. The team stayed in constant contact, remained attentive to all our needs, and made sure everything was perfectly organized. They even arranged a place for us to stay upon our early arrival, which was truly above and beyond and not something to take for granted. The next morning, we set out on the Ha Giang Loop, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were provided with a fantastic guide and driver, both with very good English and a high level of professionalism. We received clear and detailed explanations about every place we visited, which made the entire journey much more meaningful. Our guide, Jangi, deserves special mention. He is a warm, kind, and pleasant person who shared so much with us about Vietnam, as well as about his own life. We truly connected with him and appreciated his openness and positive energy. He also turned out to be an excellent photographer and captured so many beautiful and memorable photos of us throughout the trip. Our driver was equally wonderful—very kind, highly skilled, and clearly very experienced with these challenging roads. He was always patient, helpful, and made us feel completely safe at all times. Together, they created such a positive, fun, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the entire trip. The places we visited were absolutely breathtaking. Every viewpoint was unique in its own way, and we genuinely loved every single stop along the route. The accommodations provided during the trip were also very comfortable and enjoyable. Although the local Vietnamese food included during the tour was sometimes a bit challenging for our specific preferences, there was always something for each of us to eat, so it was never an issue. At the end of the tour, the team once again went above and beyond by helping us find accommodation for the night after the loop. This was not part of the service we paid for, yet they still chose to help us with genuine care and dedication, which we truly appreciated. Jangi and our driver accompanied us for three full days, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was handled with utmost professionalism, kindness, and heart. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend Ha Giang Top Travel to anyone planning to explore the Ha Giang Loop. It was truly an unforgettable family journey!

"I honestly don't even know how to put my emotions into words right now. I have just completed my journey with Ha Giang Top Travel, and I am still in absolute awe of this magical land. The winding mountain passes, the majestic limestone peaks, and the emerald waters of the Nho Que River... everything was breathtakingly beautiful! But what touched my heart the most was the people. The team/easy riders treated me like family from day one. Their genuine kindness, hospitality, and constant smiles made me feel right at home, even though I was halfway across the world.
