Excellent service! It's hard to find trustworthy people but this met all our expectations! We are very happy and grateful to have spent such a great and adventurous day!! Yacht was so VIP and luxury as we spent 3 hours in such a short time, yacht price was also cheapest among others operator.

Disappointing Experience
We booked this tour as part of our stay in Dubai with a group of 10 friends and were really looking forward to the advertised “Private 3 Hour Luxury Cruise” at sunset, with a few quiet drinks and a BBQ dinner. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the description and was extremely disappointing. We certainly weren’t expecting a five-star experience given the very reasonable price, but we did expect the basics promised in the tour description. The biggest disappointment was the food and drinks. The advertised BBQ dinner was not a BBQ at all. As we boarded, the food was brought onto the boat in shopping bags from a local restaurant. Everything was pre-cooked and, at best, mildly warm. We were provided with two plates of assorted meats which were cold , two small basic salads, two tiny boxes of cold, stale fries, several containers of hummus and bags of Lebanese bread. Needless to say, most of us barely ate anything. This was not a BBQ ! The drinks were another disappointment. The description mentions drinks, so we expected a basic selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. Instead, there was one type of beer, one spirit (whiskey) and one type of wine. The wine ran out about an hour into the cruise, leaving very little choice for those who didn’t drink beer. With a group of 10, a couple of bottles certainly didn’t go very far. Even the bathroom was missing a basic necessity — toilet paper! To be fair, the crew themselves were friendly, attentive and considerate, and we could see they were doing their best with what they had to work with. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make up for the overall shortcomings of the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this tour if you are looking for the luxury experience described in the advertisement. The sunset and Dubai skyline were lovely, but the food, drinks and overall experience simply did not match what was promised. My suggestion to the operator would be to change the tour description so that future customers know exactly what to expect and aren’t left as disappointed as we were.

Please note that this is private yatch tour so the BBQ platter food is pre-ordered from authentic Arabic restaurant and also as per the drinks we serve only wine and beer. Due to the group size we added additional whisky just in case. But this is a nice suggestion from your side, in the next tour we will re-confirm the guest liking as per the drinks preferred and also look for options for live BBQ. However, we are glad you like the view and the staff services. Thanks

An incredible 3-hour private yacht experience! The yacht was elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The BBQ was delicious, and the crew provided excellent service throughout the trip. Affordable and best deal
If you’re planning a visit to dubai, this luxury yacht the way to go, great deals, seamless booking, and an overall fantastic experience from start to finish in a very affordable price. We spent almost 3 hours like 1 hour. Weather was also fine for us in such a good atmosphere. Highly recommended 👍
