Ghost and Goosebumps
Fun, informative. My two 13yo boys loved it!! One of us felt like something touched our back and I had an experience in one of the bathrooms. Goosebumps down one leg and the energy reader was going off.

Who is Dan?
Overall we a great time and if the opportunity arises I would do this investigation again. We were able to see a figure on the SLS and heard several names on command on many of the spirit boxes. Often the occulus matched the conversation, but sometimes made no sense at all. We got several names of individuals who weren’t mentioned in the historical session before the investigation began. Particularly the name Dan which was heard more than once and may have been German and was there by “hidden papers”. Where could improvement be made: In our opinion this investigation could be improved upon by separating groups into specific active areas and then rotating the groups out into the other active areas. There were many times when we felt like communication was happening, but then when other people entered the area it changed the energy of the room and spirits went silent.

We do get what you are saying, we have had complaints in the past because we did exactly what you recommended. People were stuck with folks they didn't vibe with for the whole 3 hours. We would definitely love the chance to make it up to you. Give us a call next time you are in town and we'll get you in on a night that has fewer people. As for the Dan name, its a name we commonly get in the building. We have been a theatre for 208 years, theres no telling who has come through our doors. So we get names and voices almost nightly who we dont know or know why they are there! Tammy we thank you again and look forward to making your experience 5 stars.

A Haunting Good Time!!
Y'all - seriously, you have to do this! We have participated in this investigation more times than I can count and it is something different and amazing each time! Courtney and Micah are are legends at what they do. The spirits respect them and sometimes even ask for them by name. You will have clear instruction on how to use the plethora of investigational tools they provide. You will be given the REAL history of the theatre before you even get started investigating. This knowledge really helps in you make th most of your investigation. Do not miss this opporunity. You will fall in love with the theatre, the Ghost Coast Paranormal owners and the friendly spirits that you are likely to encounter during your 3 hour time there!

The Most Authentic Paranormal Investigation in Savannah!!
We had the best experience on the Savannah Theatre Paranormal Investigation!! Courtney and Micah are very professional and knowledgeable guides! Before the investigation they tell you the history and a few stories behind the Savannah Theatre. They explain all the different types of equipment they have available for you to use and then give you free roam of the theater for a few hours. This was one of the most authentic paranormal investigations we have been on, and we have been on at least 15 different ones throughout the country. The wide range of equipment they allow you to use is fantastic and high quality! We highly recommend this investigation to anyone wanting an authentic experience, whether it's your 1st or 10th, you will not regret it!!

Best ghost forever!
This is absolutely the best ghost tour that I have ever been on in Savannah, Georgia, and I’ve been on a lot of ghost tours. The guides are outstanding, the history is remarkable and I guarantee you will be talking about this tour the following day. I highly recommend and I’ve already provided information for two different groups of people to go to this tour. It’s a must.
